I stayed here weekly for nearly 3 years, sadly I will have to stay elsewhere due to work schedule changes. The front staff is amazing, both check in and Christine with check out. Clean rooms too, great location and parking.

The rooms are not the cleanest. We moved rooms once because the mildew smell was too strong. Our second room was also a bit mildewed but worse the shower had hair in it and the shower head needed replacing or a deep clean. The front desk staff is always nice there but I’ll stay at the Fairfield next time. Location is nice as you can walk to the mall and Starbucks and Trader Joe’s.

Fantastic, accommodating, and patient staff are likewise cordial and professional. I often face the potential need for stay extensions at short notice based upon unforseen circumstances during business travel and the compassionate staff showed no displeasure in dealing with my hectic scheduling situation.
The facility is clean, quiet (save the occasional family of 6 with parents allowing kids playing in the hallway), and comfortable.
This establishment is located conveniently adjacent to the Cape Cod Mall, and a short drive to several dining options. I recommend Sam Diego's for Margaritas and Latin American cuisine and Gannon's for a New England spin on pub food.

Nice friendly staff, goes above and beyond. Could use a dedicated big rig parking so they do not disturb guest sleeping.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable and I slept great. There's plenty of parking and the location is super convenient. I really appreciated the on-site EV chargers. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful rooms. Great location just outside of downtown, between two malls. They supplied breakfast to our tour group.

Clean and comfortable with a fun 60s vibe decor!
All staff is polite and professional.
Walkability: Cape Cod Mall and other strip mall with Starbucks within 2 minute walk.

After reading some negative reviews on this place, I was very pleasantly surprised. Rooms were clean and spacious, lounge/breakfast area was good and staff courteous. As long as you acknowledge this is a 3-star hotel, you’ll have a great stay

As someone that stays in a lot of Marriotts (Ambassador Elite), it was a fantastic stay. Just what I needed! Check-in was great and got to speak with the Manager Kelly who you can tell is a BEST IN CLASS leader. Very professional and seems to be well respected by her staff, everyone made me feel welcomed. Room and property were fresh and cleaned. It will be my Cape Cod spot
