I wanted to leave this review for Percy, his customer service is excellent. I had an issue with a size on an item and needed a return. He was helpful understanding and very kind. While maintaining the stores policies. I appreciate this very much. If not for this positive interaction I may not have returned to this location, and it's very convenient for me. I'm very happy leaving the store this evening

As soon as we walked in, my friend made a funny joke which made us all laugh. Some annoying tall with grayish brown hair worker harassed us and saying we have been in the store for a long while making a lot of noice, in which we haven’t even been in the store for 30 seconds. He also followed us the entire time. Then said we have to leave the store because we weren’t “BUYING ANYTHING”. I guess we can’t have privacy or look around. Next time I guess I have to know exactly what I want to buy. This man should be fired. Good luck if anyone runs into this man in the store. My friend was in fact trying to buy a new pair of shoes. I hope your that worker reading this, I hope you change your ways of working or just find a job where your not gonna harass people.

From clothes to sport equipment, they have a really good variety of items. I have bought baseball, basketball and other sporting goods. They have a great selection of yeti and hydroflask items.Overall, it is a good store.

The staff was very helpful trying to help me find what I needed.They are very much a traditional sport store though. I couldn't find very much equipment as far as camping supplies go.

We’re visiting the cape from California. My 7 year old son really wanted to fish off the dock or a jetty. Not having any gear or idea what to do fishing on the east coast I went to Dick’s. Keagan in the fishing dept was incredibly helpful & kind! He got us all set up with a pole, line, weights and bait. After purchasing everything he even offered to set it up for us. You could tell he had a love for fishing and even recommended some locations where my son would have a good chance of success. My son is very excited to try out his new pole.

A smaller store that still manages a decent selection & inventory, if you're looking for basic running, basketball, training, etc. shoes or clothes for the gym. Less impressive stock for equipment & more high end merchandise.

Finally got the bike helmet at Dick's. Smaller than most Dick's, but good assortment of sporting goods. great addition to the mall. Two check out areas, one at mall and one at exit outside. Clean, fully stocked. Good experience.

Extremely rude employees. It was so unwelcoming and hostile I ended up just not buying anything because I was so uncomfortable.
