We had a wonderful experience with Final Touch. After getting quotes from numerous body shops in the area they worked out with the best price and came recommended from our car dealership friends. They took my car in 4 days after meeting with them and work was completed on time. Smooth transaction overall and Thiago was very professional and friendly!

I cannot say enough *GREAT* things about Thiago and the guys over at FINAL TOUCH! My job CERTAINLY wasn’t the biggest one they have, but Thiago took his time explaining things to me, he was super professional, kind, and fair. The gals in the front office (Lorraine and Eugenia) are also very professional and sweet. They have won “Best Of” here on Cape Cod for a reason! If you have Auto Body needs, Thiago and the gang at Final Touch is DEFINITLY the place to go!

**Update 9/9/24:
I received a call from the owner, Thiago, first thing this morning. He could not have been more professional, friendly and apologetic. He was very sincere in wanting to hear about our experience and correct the situation. He offered for my son to use their loaner car if we decide to bring the car back to them to complete the repair that was missed. I will give them another chance and post an update once complete because he is the type of owner I would like to give my business to.
9/7/24:
We used Final Touch for a driver’s side door repair when someone backed into my son’s car. It was very minor. When we dropped the car off, we asked how much it would be to have a ding on the opposite side of the car repaired that was unrelated to the accident. They told us it would be $300 extra out of our pocket. My son agreed and they said it would take 4 days total.
Almost 4 weeks later, the car was finally done. They said to come in at 11:30 and they closed at 12. I had family in town for my father’s funeral and asked them if I could pick up earlier. They agreed to 11. I got held up making funeral arrangements, so I arrived at 11:30. The receptionist was not very friendly when I arrived. She said the insurance paid for everything and handed me the invoice. Nobody walked me out to go over the car, which was unusual because I’ve had auto body repairs before, and they always walk me through it.
As I walked out, I looked at the bill. It showed the amount that the accident damage was, PLUS the $348.00 that they had said we would need to pay for the extra ding. Before going back in to pay it, I checked to make sure the work was done. It wasn’t. I went back in and explained that the other ding wasn’t fixed. The receptionist immediately had an attitude and called the girl up front who we originally spoke to when we dropped the car off.
They did not speak English to each other, so I have no idea what they said. Then she said that my son told her he would let her know if he wanted the work done. I told her I was with him when he dropped it off and that’s not true. He gave her the go ahead to do it. I asked what the extra amount due of $348 was for if he didn’t tell them to do it and they had no answer.
I walked out after telling them they would not be getting that extra job now and the smug receptionist said “That’s fine”. They obviously missed it and never did the extra repair. All they had to do was acknowledge their mistake.
I will be contacting the owner to let them know about my experience and post an update accordingly. They seriously need to reassess who they have representing the company. Those two women were extremely unprofessional.

These people go the extra mile.
They gave me roughly 10 days time and it was done in 11days with outstanding quality.
They put everything back with the correct hardware, and even tightened my handbrake for me lol. Everything was returned 10x cleaner than I gave it to them, and they even cleaned my picture of my dog lol.
My car was fixed far past my expectations, they made it look great. Definitely recommend this body shop ?

My insurance company told me I could take the vehicle to Final Touch Autobody. I went into the shop and spoke with the owner/manager regarding an insurance claim. I clearly told him that I only wanted the mechanical repaired to make the car safe to drive and no bodywork. He said that would be okay. I called a couple days later spoke to the same man and booked the appointment and once again clearly stated mechanical only. I also had the insurance company book a rental for me which they did. On appointment day I took my vehicle in for 8am. While the car rental company sat outside waiting for me, the guy at the front desk of Final Touch refused to take the car even though I explained everything to him. I had to go out and tell the driver of the rental car that I had to cancel. And I then had to drive my car home without anybody even taking a look at it.
This was a very poor experience and I will not recommend Final Touch to anybody.

Time is not something I have to waste. I called in and spoke to a Tago (sp?) and described my 34 foot, 11 foot high motorhome and he told me to bring it in on Friday. After driving a motorhome through Friday cape traffic only to be told he can’t do something that big. A total waste of time when he could have been honest from jump.

I always appreciate working with people that have a passion for the business they run and for the positive energy they show customers that come in. The personalized car-side experience to view some possible repair work I needed done was fantastic. The software used to capture the repair work was great because it is then contexts you with an SMS to keep you in the loop and provide repair status updates which is great peace of mind. Wait time you need to keep in mind are several weeks out at most shops so when you schedule the realistic time to be seen is several weeks away Fair, honest and clear explanations go a long way and I really enjoyed working with Thiago. Thank You.

Love this business. Everyone is friendly, and they do an incredible job. Work done on time and they even gave me a gift card for a free car wash,. How nice is that?Services: Painting
