I was shopping for a new electric range today and had already been to a few different stores. By the time I got to Home Depot, I had questions about different brands, oven sizes, prices, and especially delivery dates.

Paul was wonderful. He patiently checked different models and delivery dates for me, answered all my questions, and never made me feel rushed. He had such a warm smile and that old-fashioned kind of customer service that you don’t see as often anymore.

I did end up purchasing the LG range from Home Depot instead of Best Buy, and honestly, the deciding factor was the customer service. Paul’s patience, kindness, and willingness to actually help me compare my options made all the difference.”
