This help did not add anything to your revenue line for that day. However the good will that Heather created with me in those 15 to 20 minutes will come home to roost in in spades. “Ordered one of the iconic ball bracelets recently. I paid for overnight shipping but through an honest mistake it was accidentally mailed regular mail (still getting delivered several states away in only 4 days so very impressive!). The store personally called me to apologize for the mix up and to refund me for the shipping costs. It was so kind of them to contact me like that and apologize. It truly made me glad to be supporting a small business that puts so much thought and effort into customer service. I’m sure I’ll be buying more from them!”

When I got home, I had an issue with the lighting mechanism on the solar lantern I'd purchased. I reached out to the store, and received a quick response from Betsy (the owner). “I came in here today and had the most lovely experience. There were a lot of people there and only two girls working but they managed it amazingly well. I was here to get one of the engraved necklaces for my mom for Mother’s Day and spent quite a long time drawing it but the lovely woman who helped me, Viktoriia was so patient and kind. She never rushed me and complimented how much effort I put into it after, she was so sweet and I just really enjoyed my time in the store. I wish I caught the other girls name, she was also so kind and both of them just made the atmosphere in the store so positive, this location is really lucky to have both of them working here. Couldn’t recommend this store and these two lovely ladies more!!! Thank you for being so helpful and so pleasant to shop with!”
