Let us continue to support retailers who have made DEI a priority. MACY'S is one of these stores.
I buy all my jewelry gifts there and the new backstage section has some nice deals. Also when shopping around, I find their prices great with their special weekend sales and coupons etc. I just bought a crepe maker that was $39 in Kohls and the same exact product in Macy's was only S26.00 after coupons! I will continue to support this store!

Salesperson Lawerence in the men’s section was the best sales associate I’ve ever had. Extremely helpful and charismatic. Made the suit shopping experience much more enjoyable.

This Macy's is beyond sorry. My son was there and needed to pick up a tie quickly. The store closes at eight. He had a tie and was ready to purchase it at 7:55 and they told him that the "registers had been shut off". Are you kidding me?
Macy's is dying and the Cape Cod Mall is probably dying as well. I would never go to the store unless I was in an absolute pinch and I recommend you don't either.

I bought a second suit for my son in the men’s department store, one before the summer and one this weekBoth times nobody was there to help if you had a question or to just help you find the right suitI had to find on line the missing size for the pants and have them sent to me.Too bad because is in the mall and easily accessible, and they have good prices but it would be nice to bump intoA love person that knows something about menswear, specially if you are spending $4/500.00 in 40 minutesPretty bad
