We met with him in person and he came to the house to do paperwork with us. He used an appraiser who knows the area well. He was there thru closing and he's still there. I have a question right now after receiving our first statement, so I'm going to shoot him an email. On top of it all, he's a really nice guy.I can't recommend Bob and The Federal more highly, especially if you're at all skittish about reverse mortgaging your home.”
