The theater can be very cold during winter, so visitors are advised to bring warm clothing. The ticket purchasing process is slow, with long lines that can take up to 25 minutes, making the experience less enjoyable. Additionally, the movie start times may not always be accurate, with some movies beginning earlier than scheduled. The theater itself is clean, but the concessions are disappointing, with popcorn that is too salty and lacking butter. Staff at the concession stand are not very friendly, and security at the theater appears minimal, with no visible personnel checking tickets or monitoring entry, raising safety concerns. Cape Cod Mall is the only local mall, and I’m grateful for it and for the stores that are still open. But I do miss some of the shops that used to be there. It’s always clean, especially the restrooms, there’s plenty of parking, and it provides much of the local entertainment, especially during the winter.
