I made the mistake of coming back here. Ill pay the few extra dollars at Stop And Shop. These employees are so absolutely ignorant and rude.

I get off work at 8 so i usually walk over to this store to grab a few items but they somehow they closed down half the store and the main entrance before 8 pm so we have to enter on through the second entrance walk all the way across the entire store into the produce department then exit the store into the cart storage area then walk all the way across the store again just to grab a few items with is stupid and ridiculous. If you close the store at 8 fine, but don't advertise you close ay 10pm and shut down have the store at 8pm. You just cause shoppers unnecessary walking trips and frustration. i hope cooperate can address this

Welcoming, easy to shop, and better prices than nearby competitors. Despite the addition of self checkout lanes (which I loathe) they still generally keep their checkout lanes well staffed, for quick service. Their pickup service is great too.

I had stopped there to shop on July 18th 2025. I am unfortunately disabled and unable to walk without the assistance of I guess what you could describe as forearm crutches while in public. What's extremely challenging for me to move around. Anyways I got out of my car and one of your employees a gentleman who wears a brimed kind of military style soft hat with a black beard and wearing sunglasses. I see him doing carriages all the time. Anyways he was walking right by my car pushing two carriages (clearly working hard... Not) I asked him politely if I could have one of those carriages and he flat-out refused to give me one stating very rude in an aggressive tone the carriages are over there pointing to the carriage corral approximately 20 to 25 ft away from me. As I mentioned I'm severely disabled and unable to walk and this disrespectful individual refuse to give a cripple a cart I'm assuming out of sheer disrespect of disabled people. I found it in raging and very disrespectful to force me to walk what for most people will be a short distance but for me might as well have been a mile in the hot sun to retrieve a cart meanwhile like I said he's lazily pushing two cards into the store but for whatever reason refused to give me a handicapped adult one of the two carts he had. I don't know what his reasoning for this was but I found it very disrespectful and enraging. If you're going to hire individuals who treat disabled people like that I don't think I'll ever do business with you again. I would appreciate a response because this type of behavior towards disabled people is unacceptable. He was extremely rude and in my opinion unbelievably lazy. If this is the type of people you employ who blatantly make life harder for disabled people, why on Earth would I ever want to shop at a place that employs people that bluntly disrespect handicapped people and force them to put themselves at unnecessary risks. This was 100% totally uncalled for and totally disrespectful. I'm sure the Americans with disability act would be interested in hearing about the type of people your employing and the way they treat the handicapped. Who knows how many other elderly or handicapped people he's refused to help purely out of spite. In my opinion he is the worst type of human being and you have him working for you on a regular basis. I don't think I'll ever go back there again after this blatant disrespect which you could have resulted in further injuries to my body but his utter disregard and sheer laziness is just unacceptable. I politely request a response

I like Shaws. Don't get caught behind someone with an issue at the register though, you'll be stuck for a while
