Worst target customer experience. Nothing is ever organized on shelves or restocked. The store always feels disheveled. Not to mention the drive up experience is horrendous, the app extends your wait time and will take AT LEAST 30 minutes waiting for an associate. Dont bother calling the store, no one will answer. Very disappointed

Worst target I’ve ever been in. No exaggeration it looks like a tornado went through every isle. Staff was rude and all of them stood around talking to each other instead of working. Except for the security guard I didn’t see his name but he was nice and the only one actually putting things away lol. This place is a joke can’t believe I’m saying this but at least in cape cod maybe Walmarts better?

Usually one person at checkout - if you order ahead for pick up - plan on waiting at least 30-40 min even after they’ve alerted you that your items are ready for pick up. Terrible customer service.

I’ve been to quite a few Targets. I’ve visited these stores looking for some exclusive toys and vinyl records whenever we drive down from Canada. As MANY others have said… THIS is by far THE WORST Target I’ve ever been. My son and I thought someone set off a bomb in the toy section. Some toys were torn open, open boxes missing content… The employees and managers obviously do NOT care about the state of this store. It’s really pathetic and sad.

Target was horrible it looked like a tornado blew threw. The checkout was a nightmare with only three open self checkouts and two in person check out lines, even though there was more closed down. The inside of the store was a nightmare to get through with the shelves in a mess with items strewn about all over the floor with no rhyme or reason why they’re there. The only reason why I’d ever come back again is if it’s my only option and for some people living on the Cape it is their only option so do better.

7/28/2024 I'm not from around here but I came to this lot to charge the car so i can travel back to Boston. I didn't know what time this store closed and due to being pregnant I really needed to use the bathroom. It was only a few mins after 9pm and I asked if I can use the bathroom. Mind you it's also heavy raining. A lady with glasses started saying she can't let me into the store and I informed her all I needed to do was use the bathroom and she kept refusing. She tried to send me miles up the road to use the bathroom and I informed her the car is charging. I then informed her I'm pregnant, walking (and clearly it's raining) and tired so I need need to know the closest bathroom. Mind you I'm not from here and I'm walking and she tried to send me to a planet fitness "around the back of the mall". Like I know where that is. Good thing I didn't try to find it and just walked up the sidewalk and came across Jersey Mike's that also closes at 9 and clearly was closed since it was after 9 and they kindly let me use the bathroom. An experience like this would make me never want to shop at this target if I ever came back to cape cod. And this is my first time ever coming to cape cod. All I needed to to was use the bathroom and not buy anything and this lady sent a pregnant lady away in the rain to go hunt for a bathroom.
