It's an okay store. The prices are average for thrift stores. I've heard horror stories for the donation bins. The gentleman at the register was extremely friendly and efficient but the line was extremely long and he had no help. It's unacceptable to have 10-15 customers waiting in line and to only have 1 register open.

Not the best GW I’ve been to. Agree with other reviews that donations are difficult. It’s almost like they don’t want to be bothered. Larry is very personable. Pricing has increased exponentially and choices have gone down hill. Maybe due to the donation process being so unpleasant.

Staff knows there regular customers. They are always pleasant. I have seen them descalate people who are unwell. I have seen them respond to emergency situations.

The cashier (an elderly gentleman) added a donation to my total without my consent. I wasn't made aware until AFTER I paid.

This store has vastly improved in the last year when they were able to get more help- so many terrible reviews - the people working there were so overworked due to lack of staff that it made even the friendliest of the staff on edge - there is only one person now that seems to have a personality problem . Generally the place is as clean as it can be with used clothes . No way does the place smell as one reviewer claimed ! this store does have limited parking but they serve the large community of people that cannot afford Mall prices and are worth waiting for a spot. I donate there and I shop there for items I cannot afford to buy elsewhere. They have good frames, kitchen items, games, cds, linens, shoes and all Manner of clothes for all ages . I am grateful that the staff there endures a cement floor and every kind of mental illness that walks in off the street to serve this community and the mission of Goodwill to help provide training and services for people in the Boston area . Cape Cod is fortunate to have this store.

Terrible service for donating items. Go to Salvation Army or other local churches

Tight spot with limit parking in a strip mall, it seems like a common occurrence to see cars back into the retaining wall or a parked car when they back out. Not uncommon to have no parking at this location on busier days. 90% cloths, not much in the way of furniture and kitchenware. Floors are dirty, not uncommon to see trash on the floor. The people working here work hard sorting and putting out new materials, checkout like most goodwills is slow and it isn't uncommon for there to be a wait.

I will never donate to this goodwill again! as many other reviewers have noted, the woman at the donation center is incredibly unpleasant, bordering on rude. if she is so miserable with her job she should take some time off or find a position that does not have to deal with the public. a simple "thank you" would be an easy start! and if you don't want to accept a donation that someone has packed in their car; drove to your location; dragged out of their car and into your door, you could at least do it with an apology, explanation, thanks, and perhaps a suggestion of where they might donate said items...the curt "no" is such a turn off and totally unnecessary

Just went to drop off some donations—nowhere on Google does it say this place stops accepting donations at 5. I carted over my items (I didn’t have a lot) and then saw the sign saying they weren’t accepting after 5, so I started bringing my items back to my car when I hear a tap on the window. An employee inside the store (their regular store was still open; I came a little after 5) SHOOK HER FINGER AT ME and told me not to leave my items outside. This was literally as I was gathering them to take back to my car. I will not be donating here or patronizing this place. Appallingly rude behavior, especially given the fact that is a charity shop. Also, she could have just accepted them—I didn’t have a ton and it wasn’t that long after 5. Unreal. I’ve never seen a worse goodwill store.

I stop by Goodwill at least 2x a week especially on Tuesdays (senior discount) Carrie is awesome very approachable and so friendly love her!! Larry is friendly and awesome as well . I’ve noticed the prices have gone up and in this economy we are in ,doesn’t make any sense .. we shop used because it’s what we can afford so keep that in mind when pricing …??? Forgot Emily she’s a hard worker and I enjoy talking to her… she can chit chat and do her job at the same time….

The current woman who runs this Goodwill charged us $10 for two $1.99 T-shirts. She claimed they were not t-shirts and wouldn't let us return them. One of the shirts literally says EVERYDAY TEE. If you want to be gaslit about what a t-shirt is go to this Goodwill.

The manager there should not be in contact with the general public rotton attitude to the core and double standards for her buddies I have seen it myself been going there for years after today I may not go back i feel bad for Larry and Carrie having to deal with this manager everyday this is why you can't keep employees longer than 3 weeks

I came into the goodwill yesterday after doing research on where and what to donate I was greeted a wonderful tall dark haired woman in the donations center, she was very helpful in navigating and assisting me through donation process she was pleasant, kind and very grateful for my contribution, she made me feel really good about how my donations support goodwills mission to help people, if I could give more then 5 stars I would, I hope she is there the next time I donate I look forward to chatting with her again

I always recommend the goodwill store when friends have donations. The staff are always helpful. I forget her name but I send my friends to the taller, dark haired woman. She has been very nice and helpful to me on several occasions. Keep up the good work. I'll be back.
