they have a bunch of employees standing around and people waiting to be helped, but they claim they're too busy to help their customers. Today I voiced my opinion and I got told off by two of the staff. I told him to show some respect and to never speak to a woman in that manner. I have been warned about this location by other Verizon locations and told they are really unfriendly.. I returned my phone and the guy forgot to clear my data or transfer my Sim card. didn't even give me a receipt for a return on a $1200 phone. When I asked for one, he went out back and came back 10 minutes later with it and told me to never come back to their store again. Uhhh ok. This is the most miserable group of people you'll ever find condensed into one location. working is the last thing these people want to do. You could get more effort from somebody standing out on the street corner. like the other reviewer's of said, they just make you stand around waiting a couple of hours before you are even acknowledged.

Just got off the phone with a representative to try to explain we are receiving notices that the modem they sent us is being phased out as it is out of date and is not secure. They have nothing to offer and it is time to find something else as Verizon has nothing to offer including service.

Verizon is the absolutely worst company I have ever had dealings with! They WILL NOT let me log into my account, giving me invalid security questions which they never assigned to my account in the first place and saying my zip code doesn't jive with my account information, which is totally untrue! They WILL NOT let you call and talk to a live representative to straighten out problems, which is a real problem when they don't let you log into your account. The chat option works okay but again, if you can't log into your account, you don't have access to it. To be fair, we are switching to another much cheaper company, but according to them, or account is still active. Our phones show a Verizon signal but we can't call from them, so what is that? They just sent my husband a bill for $76 for NEXT month's service but we cancelled the service, so obviously, that should not be. We'd block the transaction but by removing the bank account from our Verizon account but again, they won't let us log in. Are they just incompetent or are they trying to rip us off? Your guess is as good as mine!

Terrible service. Was quoted $280 all in for my phone bill as I was switching providers. Bill came and was $441. Sales rep lied, falsified expectations, zero care for customer satisfaction. Was on the phone phone with corporate for 4 hours and they said $441 was the lowest and the rep was trained inaccurately.

This place would do better as a Blockbuster... Not at all helpful. Cannot say enough bad things. I went there to replace my broken iPhone, ive been with verizon for decades. I asked if i could just buy a phone off the shelf in an effort to save their time. I would setup later at home. They said they could not help me, it was not even busy. They asked if i had a phone to use to make an appointment for 20 minutes from now. I didnt, mine was broken... they would not help me unless i made an appointment over the phone, and would not let me borrow a phone (IN A PHONE STORE) to make an appointment at the place i was standing in. Longgg story short- i actually could not purchase a phone from this phone store while standing inside it with cash, debit cards, or even checks in my wallet. Went across the street to Best Buy, was in/out in 20 minutes thanks to Sean B. Skip this Verizon store at all costs, Russian roulette is more productive.

Using the Verizon website for support is an excise in frustration. Trying to synch contacts between phone and computer. leads to various dead ends.Tried to schedule an appointment in Hyannis. Website will not allow it as of 1 PM 1/25. Now on Hold with Tech Coaches via Messenger.This Customer Prevention Process just extends the dropped calls, etc. on Cape Cod.
