The worst service. Needed a new phone- they didn’t have it. Refused to give us the phone # for the Yarmouth store. Could not be bothered to help us in any way. This is not a corporately owned store. If you live on the Cape, go to Yarmouth or Falmouth for better service.

It took ONE HOUR on the phone with the robot to get a HUMAN AGENT on the phone. I had one question and two concerns that the robot could not answer. When I finally got an agent, in the Philippines, I could barely understand him. Then I could hear him arguing with his supervisor, who refused to speak to me. Terrible customer service, no fault of the agents but of the company.

Very poor customer service. No knowledge of products and didn’t have the correct box in stock. We were told they don’t even keep cable boxes in the store! Did not offer a solution and we had to go online to order the equipment. Don’t waste your time going in. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional.

Had to turn in my old cable box. Made my appointment online and was waited on promptly by a very pleasant and efficient young man who said he was the manager. (To another customer who was giving him a really hard time about a service Xfinity was unable to provide - something to do with their wiring. He was very patient and polite to them although they were quite rude to him!)My experience was very pleasant and having worked in retail for many years I really felt for the manager. He deserves kudos for a job well done under challenging circumstances!

I went to the Hyannis, MA store today to ask a plan question and was helped by Noah Veccione. He answered my question and gave suggestions to improve my experience with my service. The store had 4 people in line when I got there and Noah, who was working alone, moved the line quickly and professionally. Great job!customers left happy!

Xfinity and Comcast are the absolute worst companies. And they have monopolized the cape. I cannot ever get anything done solved or figured out with them. This is with my business and my home there is no way to contact somebody with my home business and with my actual business they walk me through their business edge and they never complete what they are supposed to do like simply shut the phones off when we are not there

They treat existing customers very poorly. They try to charge $185+ for the same service they offer new customers at $144 and Verizon offers for $99.

Very rude manager. I was trying to explain my problem. My account was hacked by someone in Florida and no one seems to care or will help. Do not use Xfinity trust me. Customer service is very poor one star is one too many.

Would have given 0 but was not an option. Guess their main concern is cell phones they were not only of no help for me trying to get a new remote they were rude about it. They gave me a number to call which I have been calling for weeks. The people I get are either in Africa, the Philippines or Mexico. I guess the fact I've had service with them for over 20 years doesn't matter. The old store behind the mall had a lot better customer servive.

Our experience transferring our cell phone service to Xfinity Mobile was very positive and enjoyable.This was due to Savannah who was caring, kind, patient, supportive, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. She explained the process each step of the way to make certain we were completely satisfied. We highly recommend the Hyannis Xfinity store for your cell phone, cable and internet needs.

We had a bit of a nightmare situation trying to activate our phones and Quinn was incredibly helpful. Through all of the problems trying to work with Verizon to deactivate our accounts and get through to xfinity to connect the new phones and through all of the complications and stress, Quinn kept her cool, was professional and incredibly kind to us. My review for Quinn’s service is 10/10!

I stop by 2 times asking for wireless tv box , the never haven't available , they send down to yarmouth store saying they have available over and I can void 20 dollar fee , so I decided to drive to yarmouth location and the attendance say they don't have om stop the wireless tv box per months , this is a useless customer service. I'm being customer over 7 years . We need competition soon for this worst company .

Worst experience ever. I’ve being there 3 times on the same day to fix the same problem on my account. The only thing they did was to replace my SIM card twice because my phone wasn’t receiving calls.On the third time, after waiting in line for about 40 minutes, the guy (I think his name was Joe) said there was nothing he could do for me because there was nothing wrong on my account. And if I wanted him to look over again I would have to wait till he serves every one else in the store that was behind me in line. At first, I’ve thought it was a joke. But he was serious. I left the store and drove to Plymouth to a real Xfinity store. The one on the cape cod mall is a third part that doesn’t reply to any email or phone calls when you have a complaint.In Plymouth, it took 5 minutes for the guy to go over my account and find the problem.I giving one star just because there isn’t an option for zero.It’s a nice store but it needs a better management and people that knows what they are doing.
