I had a very pleasant experience At the Cape Cod Mall Zales store #1377. I’ve been looking at a set of pearls for about four years and was finally able to afford them. Ms. Katie.E was the wonderful representative who served me. I asked many questions and she went above and beyond to help me and explain details. I would highly recommend Katie and would personally ask to work with her again. She made something that could’ve been very stressful, a very pleasant experience.

My wife and I absolutely love going into Zales. We have a go to employee every time we go. If you do decide to go I would highly recommend asking for Vanessa. She’s helped us with so much between helping me with finding the perfect wedding ring to finding a just because I love you necklaces. This place is honestly our only go to whenever jewelry is involved. Big thanks to Vanessa and her crew for her constant help and joyful attitude and smile on her face every time we go.

I must say, the Zales at Cape Cod Mall has the friendliest staff you'll encounter in any jewelry store. Providence Place comes in second.
At Zales Cape Cod, Adamir stands out with his exceptional service. He has been incredibly helpful in selecting the perfect items for my family, from men’s white sapphire necklaces and diamond (natural or lab created) stud earrings to exquisite ruby gifts for women. His knowledge and friendly demeanor make shopping here a genuinely enjoyable experience.
If Adamir is unsure about a particular piece, he consults with Brandy, the manager, who is equally friendly and knowledgeable.
Whether you're buying gifts for others or treating yourself, I highly recommend stopping by and asking for Adamir.

I bought my wife's engagement ring and wedding band 2 and 3 years ago at another jewelry store with whom I had a great relationship with, but after going into Zales on Christmas Eve after procrastinating on my shopping, I met Brandy and knew I was in great hands!
Since then, I have bought multiple beautiful pieces of jewelry including necklaces, bracelets, earrings and more. I have never once felt pressured to buy anything, felt like the staff were upselling, or as if they are all about commission like I have found at other jewelry stores.
Tonight I was lucky enough to meet Ademir. He asked me about my life and we had a very long deep talk and connected on a human level while I browsed. He showed me options high and low but went above and beyond to stay in my price range. Although Brandy was there and helped a bit, it was Ademir who helped me find a gorgeous diamond bracelet that was out of my price range. He was able to get the price down by 60% or more but still never pushed me to buy even once. He offered to show me others at lower prices and was just such a wonderful help and caring person!
I can not recommend Ademir or Brandy enough!! 10 / 10

Currently standing inside of Zales and I'm unable to pick up necklace which has broke FOUR times since I purchased it in less than a year ago because their systems are down. So now I wait to see if they can fix their systems so I can get my expensive necklace back. No help and district manager has been the most useless trying to resolve their cheap quality product. Driving here took an hour!!!

Took my engagement ring in to get a repair done and just received it after a month-long wait. I was not given any updates on the ring’s repair status (including the status on the receipt would not update).Originally, my ring was ROSE GOLD but then once the repair was done, it is now gold with even the prongs being different colors than the original casing. I understand that the ring was dipped in rose gold but I expected that if I brought in a ring of one color it would come back in the same color as the receipt clearly also stated that it was rose gold.Additionally, the manager was very rude and decided to make a big deal of my ring simply being a different color as though it was my fault that it came back like this. I have my own photographic proof of how my engagement ring looked prior to the repair but the manager barely looked to compare as she didn’t seem to care about anything I had to say. The manager also didn’t seem to care about the only other sales associate who was very polite and even apologetic for the situation.The store manager is very unprofessional and did not even try to offer to fix the issue of the ring’s color let alone the additional problems such as the still visible cracked shanks (which is what the main reason for the repair) since the jeweler did not buff out the cracks properly. There are also more specs of dents and black dots near the two cracked shanks.I was trying to be reasonable and respectful of the manager and the sales associate, but the way that the manager spoke to me was very disrespectful and dramatic when it could have been handled in a much calmer manner. I have had rings resized at this exact establishment with the same staff members so I never would have expected such poor service. Another sign that seemed odd was that the two staff members kept trying to encourage me to go to another shop to get my ring repaired. I would have thought sales would have wanted the business but I suppose it shows more on their iffiness and confirms my concern to not continue shopping at a jewelry store that does not respect their customers.

I was getting my ring serviced at zales, the staff was really friendly and assured me that my ring was in good hands. When I came to pick up my ring it looked good as new.
