I contacted Arbor Way after observing their work at a property across the street. Pat arranged to come by and walked the property with me. His knowledge is extensive and he carefully explained options, costs, and likely outcomes. The team that came to do the work was extremely knowledgable as well, very professional and courteous. I could not be happier with the overall service.

Have used them before a few years back. contacted them in April for a relatively small job - they could have refused but took it on-gave them a deposit we understood it could take up to 6 weeks, it is now July and nothing. Have contacted them twice - Dick said he would tell Bob -nothing. Emailed them asking if we could get deposit back so we could go elsewhere- no response. My mistake was signing a contract that says nothing about when approx they would do the job. Stay away. Too bad they use the Arborway name and they no longer operate out of this area.

I contacted Arborway Tree Care and within a day I had an appointment to meet with Pat to look a large dying maple that needed to be removed. He was very knowledgeable about trees and tree diseases and helpful in navigating the bylaws and paper work to submit to the town. Great people to work with on your next tree care project.

Arborway has been caring for our trees for a number of years. The team is always thorough and in the beginning of the job they always asked a lot of clarifying questions to make sure the job is done right. Their quality is excellent, the work areas were left spotless, and I appreciated Pat Boyle following up. I recommend them highly.

We've been having Arborway take care of our trees for 20+ years. We have some very big ones. Always the same fine work. The estimate is always the final price. A big limb came down in September, mostly on to my neighbors' property. As it was storm damage, and potentially could worsen if more came down, Bob was here within two hours to give an estimate and explain the job. They did the work the next business day. The guys were extremely capable, pleasant and polite. It was a pleasure to watch experts doing their quite tricky job so well. Very thorough clean-up. They can provide whatever services trees need (fertilizing, etc.)The estimate includes details, and they don’t mind if you do not authorize them to complete every item on the list (to not spend so much money), which means you can decide how big your budget is.

Outstanding service. The arborist (Pat Boyle) was very knowledgable and provided a comprehensive plan for the property. The crew did an excellent job with the tree work, including a thorough yard clean up after the tree trimming. The prices were reasonable and the work completed exactly on schedule. Would give highest recommendation.

Be advised that you should supervise the job as they are doing it. I was absolutely shocked (and heartbroken) by the amount they cut back our Maple, which has totally changed our yard and eliminated much of our privacy and green cover from our neighbors. I wish I had not agreed to have the tree trimmed at all, but obviously, I can't go back in time.

Could not recommend this business enough. The arborist came quickly for a quote and within a week our 40' pine that had overgrown the property was gone. The team on site was professional, efficient (took 30 minutes to take down and another 10 to clean up all debris), and informative. Would take my business to these guys again, without question.

I am very happy to be working with Russell Holman and his team.They removed a tree, ground the stump, planted a new tree, and removed deadwood from existing trees. They did a great job and provided a very personalized style of service. Each of the people working on the property were personable, pleasant and helpful.

We had some long overdue pruning on 4 sugar maples and one red maple. The trees are over 85 years old.A lot of pruning and shaping was needed.First class crew and the work they did was excellent.

This company exceeded all expectations. They are not a "tree service" whose purpose is to destroy trees to make a profit. Arborway Tree Service focuses on saving trees and customer satisfaction. The staff is very professional and from start to finish their goal is to save trees and the knowledge of the Arborist's on staff will not disappoint

Russell provided great information to help me decide to plant thirteen arborvitae in our yard for greater privacy. The trees arrived healthy and look beautiful. They were planted with care and the crew took great strides to treat our yard respectfully.I definitely feel I can email anytime with questions to follow up. I recommend Arborway for planting, and I will use them in the future for my planting needs.
