I ate a blondie and it tastes like nothing. But I love the texture so I continued to shove calories without memories into my mouth. Also I’ll eat anything

A little order mix-up but the folks at Dancing Deer promptly made everything perfect. I will happily order from them again. I highly recommend.

Amazing Customer service department. I had an issue with my order and they responded to my email very quickly and helped me get my holiday orders out correctly and on time! Thanks DD

I loved Dancing Deer’s peanut butter brownies and would order a case and freeze them. However, in the last 1-2 years, I had so many issues with receiving orders that now I have been trying to verify if the item is in stock. But NO ONE responds. The voice mail is full so I can’t leave a message. The Chat messages are not responded to. Emails are not replied to or bounce. If the company is so badly on the ropes, why are they still advertising on Facebook? I guess I just stopped placing orders.

I was a long time consumer of Dancing Deer's molasses clove soft cookies. My only issue is that since November 21, 2022, their so-called "customer service" has been ghosting me. Between then and February 13, 2023 I called and also e-mailed them 4 different times to find out why some of the soft plastic packages on the store shelf of my local natural market (S.S. Natural) are occasionally slit down one side. Twice I bought a pack of cookies and didn't realize until I got home that it was slit open on the side. I even took pictures of each damaged pack and e-mailed Dancing Deer. The first time I called, a nice young man named Brian took my call and said she would forward my concern to the appropriate person in Customer Support. No one ever did. The second time, I spoke with a Kristin McPeak who told me the same thing. No response. In February 2023 I tried her at least twice, each time getting her voicemail greeting. Then I tried reaching her by calling from a different number (my landline) but got voicemail again. To-date, no one at Dancing Deer has ever addressed my legitimate inquiry. Apparently the company doesn't have a real customer service department. I no longer buy this company's products.SHAME ON YOU as a manufacturer. Your lack of reply over a period of 5 months is obviously unprofessional. Maybe that's why Whole Foods no longer carries your products.

This was a gift for my wife and arrived late and sub quality.I placed an order and it arrived today nearly two weeks later. Now alot of the reviews mentioned slow shipping and no communication. Both I can attest to, but the reviews mentioned the products good. Sadly one of the packages had nearly raw if not fully raw brownies. I've called multiple times already and never got an answer or call back. I doubt I'll ever do business again with Dancing Deer.

this company was great until it was sold in 2019. DO NOT USE THEM. like every other recent reviewer, i only discovered how far downhill this company has gone by ordering from them and not receiving my order. (they also do not respond to customer service.) i used to use this service routinely and it was wonderful. that company (based in massachusetts) is now long gone.

If I could I'd give them zero stars. I ordered some gluten free cake mix from them through Hodgson Mill, which they own. It's been 3 weeks now since they took my money and still no cake mix! Customer service is non-existent. The only way to contact them is through a chat box, which isn't monitored. They keep telling me, "fingers crossed, it ships today". Really???? Is this any way to treat a paying customer??? DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I hate to write a bad review but was given no other option. This is a review about customer service POLICY, not the products (yummy!) or the CSRs who answer the phones (all very nice! I talked to several because the supervisor they said would call me back never did).My friend ordered from DD for many years. He loved the product and loved giving it for gifts to people he cares about.Last year the order we placed online before Christmas arrived in February. We sent multiple gifts to separate addresses and had no problem placing the large order online. We decided to try again this year hoping they had adjusted to growing pains and that was our mistake.Something was flawed in the online ordering this year such that all 5 orders went to just one address. I was told by a CSR that this happened to other people as well. Shame on Dancing Deer for not honoring their LOYAL customers by at least offering some credit toward a future purchase. They said we should have ordered by phone! We will never use them again.

Dancing Deer used to be good before they were bought out. Their cookies may still be ok, IF they ever make it to the destination. I in November for delivery in early December and had multiple orders delivered over a week late (I paid extra for the priority 2 day shipping). Customer service doesn't answer or return calls. If you chat with them online, they will lie and tell you they are scheduled for that day, but then they don't go out for days after. What is the point if they are delivered to offices after eveyone has gone home for the holidays? Never using again.

Dancing Deer was founded and successfully run for years out of a Boston area company. It was sold to this horrific place near Albany and the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. They actually never clean out their voicemail, but encourage people to order online. i WANT TO SPEAK TO A REP AND HAVE MY QUESTIONS ANSWERED. Too bad the one former owner who apparently changed her mind about selling the company didn't keep the business. It was once a spectacular place. Not any more.I give it no stars, but the system wouldn't let me post unless I gave it something.

They used to be AMAZING. Then they were purchased. Now, I can't speak to their quality of product but their customer service is AWFUL. I purchased a gift basket to send to a friend as a condolence gift for her father passing away. Two weeks later, they hadn't gotten it despite me getting a shipping notification. I emailed. Their customer service email bounced. I tried the online chat. No response. I called. Apparently they only staff that line M, W, F. Finally got someone who said the label had been created but it wasnt actually shipped. Next thing I know I'm getting a notification it was delivered. It was not. I tried calling again. No answer and their mailbox is full. If I hadnt used them before the corporate buyout I'd literally assume it's a fake company/front for organized crime. DO NOT USE
