Forgot to get there names but they came from RI and did the job at 28 Haviland St in Boston. I believe one name was Zak. I cant thank them enough. They were informative from beginning to end. They even found some hidden jewels that they could have just taken but they asked us everytime they found something that looked valuable. The price can get pricey but its worth every penny!! They show up no BULLSHIT dont complain!! Even after they were done they asked anything else... THANK YOU FOR BEING NOTHING LIKE 1800GOTJUNK!!!! SUCH A SMOOTH PROCESS FROM BEGINNING TO END!!!

The movers came within an hour of my call, and the price was very reasonable. Both movers were respectful, thoughtful, smart, and hard working. The entire experience was amazing, and I would hire them again!!

You couldn’t ask for better service. Today was pouring rain and no one wants to be out in it. They quickly cleared out the basement. There were many years of items left by prior owners to be disposed of.

scheduled with this company three separate times and called their office six different times. The first appointment was randomly rebooked without any notice to me. The second appointment I had to change myself, since their available hours didn’t work. Finally, when I was able to speak with someone and set a time that did work, they not only failed to keep any record of the appointment, but also wrote down the wrong date entirely.
Because of this lack of communication and organization, I ended up having to hire another company and pay extra just to get the job done. Throughout the process, this company made me feel like removing a simple L-shaped couch from my house was an unreasonable request. They were inflexible, dismissive, and completely careless with customer service.
The only reason I am giving one star is because of Rachel in customer service—she was the only person who seemed competent and respectful. Otherwise, this company treated me poorly, wasted my time, and clearly needs new management. I would never use them again.
