Instead, I went a few blocks over to Watch City Pharmacy and got the same booster without a wait. Professional, friendly staff. You won't be tripping over seasonal items, bags of candy, or cosmetics. Neatly organized and clean with medications.”

In my ordeal of having to navigate Insurance coverage & picking up where the ordering doctors office failed to do, Brittany @ Pure Medical jumped on the case to assist us. In the process, I had to deal with other medical supply places that paled in comparison to the customer service provided by PM.At PM, they truly care about the patient in a time where this has become the exception rather the rule. I would highly recommend PM. The person who educated my dad on the CPAP machine was thorough,patient and kind. Wish I had remembered his name. Also a very special thank you to Patrick; the owner, for calling to alert us to some Insurance coverage and compliance issues. “My Topcon Tonometer CT-80 stop working, called Jeff at repair department at OIC, he is very nicely answer all the questions I had about the repair. Even he sounds very positive, I still have doubt whether this machine will be working again. We set an appointment a few days later, Jeff repaired the tonometer in less than 2 hrs. “I think it is important to support small businesses. I knew that Belmont Medical Supply has been in business a very long time and thought that it would be a good place to look for my medical supply needs for my upcoming hip replacement operation. I learned that it has been a family business since 1936. First starting out as a pharmacy and then adding medical supplies to its business in the mid-50’s and then at some point just concentrating on medical supplies. That is about 75 years of medical supply knowledge, and you can’t get that on the internet! I initially was helped by the owner Bob Rosen, and he listened attentively to my concerns, answered all my questions, and then made thoughtful suggestions. My needs were concentrated on gadgets and things that would come in handy and make me more comfortable after surgery. Bob’s wealth of information and patience was very much appreciated. He focused on my medical needs and did not try to upsell me, only suggesting what he thought would be very useful to me. And Bob was right! I had a wonderful first experience at Belmont Medical Supply. It was very much worth the investment in time to go there because what they know isn’t something you can readily learn online and the personal help I got was priceless! In short, I was very happy with my experience and recommend Belmont Medical Supply highly and without reservation.”

“Very surprised that this business has so many negative reviews! My experience so far with them has been satisfactory. I had a recent appointment with a respiratory therapist over the phone & the appointment was originally scheduled to be a virtual one. Well, my cell phone was giving me trouble & I couldn't access any volume for the conversation, but fortunately the gentleman helping me was extremely patient, courteous & professional, and was able to call me on a regular call, once he could see that I was having difficulty on my end with the virtual option. Only trouble was that when I called to explain the problem, I gave another individual an alternate number where I could be reached for the man I needed to have the appointment with, but she did not give him the correct phone number as I had asked, so luckily I thought to email him to provide it, because he instead kept calling the original number I gave, which wasn't working that day. If she had relayed the message, it would've saved us both time. Regardless, he was very helpful & put my mind at ease about using my CPap machine, which I was very anxious about doing, because it's new to me. He had wonderful communication skills & was obviously very well trained in this field. For every question I had, he had detailed answers & made sure that I understood everything before ending the call. I've also had pleasant & effective email communication with them. Always friendly, very quick to respond. They also remind you of important information & upcoming appointments by text, call, email, etc. I feel that they deserve the 5 stars, my only suggestion is that if a client calls, please be sure to relay messages when you are asked to do so, especially if they are time sensitive & regarding an appointment. “Best place I have found for CO2 tank refills is DMI Gases in Hyde Park. They fill your cylinder while you wait. Cost on a 5lb refill is 19.28 including the tax.
