AAA was taking forever so I called these folks to ask for a private tow. They told me they were at shift change, and they were about to be busy. That’s when they told me my job should wait until tomorrow. I was immediately handled as a non-emergency even though I was stranded 30 miles from home. Disgusted with her approach to customer service, I told them not to bother and hung up.

Excellent. They were very compassionate and helpful when I had my accident. Super considerate. The tow truck driver was super nice, and when I went to the junkyard they were helpful and pleasant. Really great people. Thank you for making a bad day better through your kindness!Service: Car towing

Stuck in the middle of the road, they're the only ones local that helped. It was cold and dark out waited about 30 min. Guy arrived and said go in my truck and warm up (was shocked) He also gave me a ride very close to my hse, and was very pleasant..I talked to this kid as if I knew him..The tow was $100 nothing huge..I had forgotten about these guys just didn't register in my head until someone else referred them..They're my new tow truck ppl. They did a great job, and were less money then the rest of the tow companies...Try them if u need a tow. They're more like a 4.5 rating to me

They're always busy but they will come through. Never let me down, never scraped my cars and excellent service. The driver who looks like Santa Claus really knows his stuff. If you're in Hyde Park, definitely use this and not Akiki.
