Branch teller and manager are unfriendly and rude more like an RMV customer service culture then bank that needs customers. No difference from Bank of America just that no lines because no one banks here, sadly they will likely close soon and the neighborhood will lose a bank.

One star is being generous. Absolute slowest tellers working no matter what day or time.Go to West Roxbury and you’re in and out in the matter of 5 mins but here you’ll be waiting for hours. Gross
