We recently purchased a Big Green Egg from the Aubuchon store in Ipswich. This was after a couple visits to get information and measurements. At every step the staff was helpful and attentive . While the delivery did not quite go as planned, the snags were quickly ironed out and the end result fabulous. Kudos to manager Dianne and her staff, especially Assistant Manager Jonathan who assembled the Egg on our back deck. Thank you all for a job well done!

I make the mistake of going there because of convenience and every time there’s no service, moody employees, most are kids and have no idea how to help. Just keep driving down the street and go to Beverly.

Propane refill service is awful. The entire store has only one person authorized to do refill, so if he is left, they just reject the customers, which is ridiculouse. Be aware.Personel is rude and unfriendly.Do not recommend it.

I really am glad that Aubuchon has a store in Ipswich. I get all of my household and garden and paint needs here. The store is neat and organized and efficient and the staff is so helpful and reliable. Great birdfood selection! I refill propane gas here, too. I love the store and the rewards program.
