“Very nice guy I rented the car from him on Turo. I explained how expensive Turo was and how Turo was overcharging me when I was placed in one of his cars as a replacement for a different car. (The 1st car was paying $55 a day then when it broke down turo put me in a new car from this company but I didn’t know it was $90 a day. Almost double) Bryan quickly Offered renting privately that he had his own rental company and was very apologetic that turo had done this upcharge. He sent me a 3rd party contract I was able to use for insurance (full coverage $0 deductible was only $15 aday) as well as his own contract for the car for $33 a day. This helped me a lot! He’s been very good at communicating! Very nice on the phone! Very professional. The car has had no mechanical issues and has made several trips up and down the east coast. I’ve had it for almost 2 weeks and plan on using it longer. I will definitely keep his number for my future trips to the Boston area”

“Andrew is an incredible guy. He went above and beyond to help me with my 1999 Audi A4. Having an old European car, I am used to having lots of surprise issues when I'm on the road away from my home mechanic. I live in NYC but am frequently traveling to the north shore of Massachusetts.I came in to State Automotive because my rear suspension was making some squeaks and I wanted to repair it if possible. During the inspection, which was incredibly thorough and documented VERY well, they found a control arm issue which was critical for safety. The squeak issue is actually not a safety issue and I would need to find the part from a third party as it isn't made anymore and getting it pulled at a scrap yard is not a good idea. Andrew couldn't find the part anywhere and I learned this is a common issue on these older Audi cars. The repair to the control arm was done quickly and at a very good price - especially considering the extra consideration Andrew gave to the issue. He gave me a lot of helpful information on how to address additional issues (or not) and was honest about the Car's prognosis. Lastly- worth mentioning that Andrew and his team provide fantastic documentation: a breakdown of all the car issues, photos of the key problems, and a print out for the missing parts needed to repair.If I keep the car and it need more service while I'm in MA, Andrew and his team will be my first stop. Highly recommended.”

“I brought my Volkswagon Jetta here about a week and a half ago. Kyle and his team did an outstanding job on the entire detail- interior and exterior on my car. To say the least- I had let the inside of my car go YEARS without being fully cleaned. There were so many hard stains and stuff caked on the interior that now appear they were never there. The really really hard to clean yourself and all of the little nooks, crannies and crevasses are absolutely spotless. The extra attention to detail was beyond noticed and appreciated. Kyle's customer service is top notch, made everything effortlessly easy. I would 10/10 recommend executive auto detail to everyone, hands down without question. Absolutely worth the price and then some. They even were so kind and filled up the air in my tires as they noticed they were low-without an extra fee or charge. The first time I used them was after another garage could not figure out what the issue was and suggested I go to dealership which said the fix would be close to $4000. They diagnosed the issue and fixed it for less than 10% of what the dealership quoted. As a bonus they have loaner cars which help with those of us who are always on the go. A+ Service all the way around.”
