“One end of the pilot tube for the hot water tank in my RV snapped off. Finding a replacement on the northshore proved to be impossible. Ordering the entire thermalcouple was my only option and it isn't going to arrive for another 4 days. I talked to anyone and everyone trying to figure out an immediate solution. After hours of searching and many many fruitless phone calls a local businessman suggested I try this place, so I called. I was told that Dave was the man for me to talk to and that he'd be in the next morning at 9am. So, this morning, a Sunday mind you, at 9am I got in my car with high hopes and low expectations and drove the half hour to see Dave. I showed him the broken part and 20 minutes later it was fixed. I wish I could give Dave way more than 5 stars!! Thank you so much”

“These guys are so kind and helpful! I pulled in there because I had an issue with my car where the sunroof glass randomly exploded into pieces due to a manufacturing defect. I pulled into their shop simply asking if I could leave my car in their parking lot, because me and my wife were on the way to an NHL game at TD garden and we now needed to take an Uber bc my car wasn't safe to drive. They not only allowed me to leave my car in their parking lot until later that night, the owner also offered to cover the broken window with crash wrap for no charge! I will definitely be going there in the future for any of my auto repair needs! Thanks again to the team at Boston Auto Collision Center.”
