Couldn't be happier with the work and service at Bob's Auto Body. He's one of the rare business owners out there that is honest and highly skilled. He was fair, easy to work with and did a fantastic job - car looked brand new. Highly recommend this shop if you need body work done on your car.

Bobs Auto body did an amazing job on my Audi. I had read the reviews and spoke to Bob about some minor damage I had that I wanted fixed. Before I could get my car in it was hit in the parking lot of my condo which caused more major damage. I was still nervous having the work done but it came back looking even better!

Damaged a door backing out of the garage. Bob worked it so it would close and charged a small amount which he said he would deduct from the final bill when he got a new door and installed and painted it.

Bob is a kind person and a very knowledgeable mechanic. He really takes the time to understand the vehicle’s needs and will even advocate on the client’s behalf to get better appraisal value! We are so grateful to have him in the neighborhood as he always makes time to help us out

Bob"s Auto Body is the FIRST place to go for any auto body service.
Great service, excellent results, honest and fair pricing. I went to another auto body shop who quoted me $1,425. higher than Bob to fix the exact dents that Bob's Auto Body did with awesome results.

Bob Rotundo is honest, straightforward, and a class act. He works with you. Yes, you may have to wait a little bit for an appointment but when your car goes in, it comes out as expected.

Bob and his crew did a great job on our minivan! You would have no idea a deer took out the entire driver's side, front to back. They got it done in a timely manner. To top it off they went above and beyond staying late on a Friday before a holiday weekend to ensure we had our vehicle! Would highly recommend.

Just no. Brought my car over to Bob's after finding a dent and some scratches on both passenger side doors. I chose this business since it's two blocks from my home and seemed to have good reviews. Bob gave me a reasonable repair estimate and scheduled the job for about a month later, and told me to call the week before to arrange for a loaner car. When I called, he had no idea who I was and no record of ever having given me an estimate. He said he would look for the estimate and call me back. I drove over there with the printed estimate he had given me after waiting several hours and not getting a call back. Without offering an apology, he made a copy of my estimate and put it on his desk, but then said he didn't think he could stick to the original date and wanted to push it out a week. I said that was fine, but then he couldn't remember whether he had already promised his one loaner car to someone else. Then he said, well maybe he could stick with the original date. He kept going back and forth. Finally he said he would call me later in the week to let me know when to bring the car in. Lo and behold, it's nearly the end of the week and I have no idea when or even if he is ever planning to fix my car because I haven't gotten a call back. I'm not going to go over there a third time and beg him to do the job when there are many other auto body shops in the area. This is the most confused, ridiculous, unprofessional experience I've ever had with any business in my life, so why would I even trust him with my car? Bob has wasted a month of my time and now I'm back to square one. This place may have been great in the past, but perhaps Bob should consider retirement since he's apparently no longer capable of running a functional business that respects its customers.
