Ipswich Car Wash is a small, typical self-service car wash. The bays are super clean and everything looks well kept. It is a touchless wash where customers follow signs and instructions, paying with a card or cash to select their wash. Everything generally works as expected. The wash does a nice job, getting dirt and spots off the car. However, experiences can vary; some report an excellent clean while others note inconsistent pressure or areas missed. The highest wash is considered a bit expensive, priced at $23 or $25. After the wash, free towels are provided for drying. The separate vacuum and air station is cash only, costing $2 and $1 respectively. Some customers feel the vacuum time is too short. A noted drawback is the lack of a phone number to call if there is a problem, such as the wash not starting. Overall, many find it a good, reliable wash and plan to return.
The quality of the wash has been generally good for me. The recent price increases however are excessive and insulting. I will use this only for special needs.

Car wash never came on even after the computer generated voice asked me if I want my receipt. No phone number to call if there's a problem.
