John and his technicians are simply incredible. He is tremendously responsive, always available to answer questions, and his work is impeccable. He and his wife, Bethany, are an amazing team. It is always a pleasure to see them. They are so kind that you want and sit and have coffee with them. But, they are way too busy for that! Never going to happen. 😊

I’ve been going to John’s for 3 years now and have had nothing but the best customer service and auto work. John has squeezed my car in for service multiple times and always made sure it was safe to drive. I’ve had brakes done, new tires put on, emergency brake check, oil changes, and headlights replaced—every time the service was quick and everything was explained to me well. Fair priced & honest, definitely recommend!

Wonderful experience start to finish. Booking an appointment was quick and easy, they listened to my needs (rear breaks and rotors) and were fully accommodating. Day of service, dropped my car at opening and it was ready before noon. And very reasonably priced for the service. Highly recommend.

John saved my sanity!!! Never been to the shop and was referred after major car repairs with continued issues. They got me in last minute on New Year’s Eve just before they closed. I was reassured that I could safely drive to work the next day and what my next steps should be. I am a nurse who puts major miles on my car and I was cracking under the stress of working during the holidays, $4000 in car repairs, and the feeling that my wheels would fall off while driving on 95. They would not even let me pay them for the time they spent helping me out. I truly cannot say enough nice things about this fantastic service shop! Now I have peace of mind in a time when I really felt like I was losing my sanity. Best customer service I’ve ever had! Thank you so much for helping me get to work safe and renewing my faith in Humanity. I will be a customer for life!

Excellent customer service. We were in town for our daughter's wedding, and we had a rental. The tire pressure on one of the tires was lower than the others, so we stopped in to have it checked. The woman who helped us was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. We ended up bringing the vehicle back to the rental company, but if we didn't have a rental we would have for sure had the tire fixed at John's Auto and Tire.

Excellent service and a great experience! Thanks so much to John's Auto and Tire for helping to repair my tire with no notice and same day service in a very short turn around time. I had a set of tires put on my Arcadia recently and love them! John was fantastic! It was a seemless transaction from when I ordered the tires and they came in and got me in right away. He checked my vehicle all over and I was due for an oil change and he took care of it while I was in there as well. If you are looking for tires or service of any kind I highly recommend John's Auto & Tire!

I had issues with my tire and someone suggested to stop by John’s and glad I did. Even though he was very busy he took time out to check and fix my tire. The cost was very reasonable. Happy to have found someone local with great customer service.

We recently had a tire blowout and were told we needed 4 new tires and rims. John came to the rescue! We we new customers and he fit us right in. Upon meeting John we could tell he was going to do the best for us and he exceeded our expectations. We did not need new rims. He saved us a lot of money. It is nice a to have a professional business owner who wants to help you and does top notch work. We highly recommend John and will be a returning customer.Services: Tires

I had an emergency issue with my car at 3 pm they close at 5pm. John and Chris went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get home to my family. I could even say they made me feel like family. I would highly recommend and will go nowhere else for all my auto repair needs.Service: Brakes
