Love staying here when I come to town. Very homey and welcoming. The owners are awesome and lovley. For a 200 year old home, the rooms are quaint and cozy. Internet works great so missing a tv is no issue. Breakfast is delish !

Not surprised to see many excellent reviews of Kaede. Jason and Makiko provide a calm, cozy environment in a beautiful, old town. I have dietary restrictions and they were able to make safe, gluten free breakfasts for me each morning. I very much enjoyed my stay, chatting about life, and even left one book richer. The room was immaculate, the beds were comfortable, the hosts were so very nice!
