“On advice of other birders, we headed down here to finally buy a scope. Barrett was there, and he ran us through our options, what we thought would be best for the two of us, prices, trying out some models etc. We settled on one pretty quickly, and in no time we had the scope, tripod, and were out the door to go use it immediately.Barrett was very knowledgeable and explained things very well, but had none of the smugness or superiority that sometimes come with being an expert in a hobby. It was a great experience start to finish.When it comes time to upgrade our bins, I know where we'll be going. Highly recommend this place.”

“I love this store!! There are other locations but this one at the northshore mall is the best. Marie the manager is welcoming and very helpful. The store is immaculate and the window decorations are always amazing!! ake your furbaby in for a treat. Marie always take a pic of her furry customers. The store is packed with treats, leashes and specialities for your fur baby. The birthday table is awesome!! The seasonal decorations are also awesome. Go in when your visiting the mall. You wont be disappointed!!”

“I do not understand the negative reviews for this business, perhaps they are true and correct but I have never seen or experienced anything described. The owner is a darling of a woman, the store is very clean and well stocked. The staff seem very caring and do a great job grooming my 135 lb. Central Asian Shepard. Ears, nails, shedding treatment etc., all of these are excellent by my experience. The dog is totally dry and gorgeous when she comes home! The value is unparalleled, have you ever washed a dog?? It is a nightmare!! Thank you Dog Spa, I really appreciate you!!”

“This Petco recently held a "pet photos with Santa" afternoon. Customers could get a photo of their pet(s) with Santa (an affable Petco employee named Mark) in exchange for a donation to Cape Ann Animal Aid. I was there as a shelter volunteer and had the pleasure of working this event with Mark and the store manager, Alyssa. First, Mark was the best Santa, enthusiastically posing with everything from dogs and cats to emotional support rabbits, and being extremely patient when some animals needed time to warm up. Alyssa was a consummate manager, bouncing between being the official photographer and ringing up orders, answering customer questions, etc. The entire team seemed happy to be there, which is rare in a retail environment (especially around the holidays). I was so impressed with Alyssa, Mark and the rest of the crew at Peabody Petco that I felt the need to post this review. Finally, at the end of my shift, Alyssa and "Santa" sent me home with a cart's worth of donations to bring to Cape Ann Animal Aid. It was such a kind gesture after they had already spent three hours collecting donations. I can not speak highly enough of this store and its employees.”

They do pick up and drop off to!! he’s always so excited when they come and he knows they’re coming till he waits at the door excitedly until they come or looks at the window. They also have a cute little store there! They always make sure he smells amazing once he get grooms, and they give you a little bandanna for the dog!”
