“If you are traveling through Salem with your dog, New England Dog Biscuit Company is a mandatory stop! It is an adorable neighborhood pet store. Our pup is an incredibly picky eater, but he completely flipped for their house made peanut butter and banana biscuits. They also have the cutest decorated cookies. Beyond the fresh baked goods, the shop is packed with high quality food brands, tough toys, and unique gifts. The staff is genuinely welcoming, loves greeting four legged visitors, and even offered a free sample at the counter. It’s a wonderful small business that genuinely cares about”

Edit: the next time I went and got my puppy groomed I got him a lion cut which I assume is not the easiest to pull off probably but she did an amazing job. One other thing lady with the one star your dog looks like a dirty dish rag and it was probably matted that's why they had to shave it down. Invest in a brush 😊”

“Employees are super friendly. I come for the self serve dog wash. They clean and sterilize after each use. The shampoos they have here smell great as do the spritz sprays. They let u borrow 3 towels and the super blower does the rest of the drying. They also have a card program where you get a free wash after so many visits.”

Auggie loves coming here and they’ve helped my 11 year old dog with pretty sensitive skin to improve so much over the years. I come here every 3-4 weeks cuz our lab retriever loves it so much.Same staff, same owners. This is one of the most well run small businesses I’ve ever worked with and would recommend to all.”

“Stopped in on our last day in Massachusetts to get our pup something from our trip. The woman working during the afternoon on 8/19 was absolutely tremendous. She helped us pick out the treats while giving backstory on how things are made. We ended up getting some yogurt dips, peanut butter biscuits and some “iced” peanut butter cookies for our pup back home. He absolutely loved them. When back in the area, we will for sure be checking out Boston Barkery again.”

“I absolutely love Unleashed Daycare! They’re open seven days a week, and my dog has been going there for two years. The staff is wonderful—friendly, caring, and always accommodating. My dog literally flies out of the car the moment we arrive because he’s so excited to be there! He comes home happy and completely exhausted every time. The facility itself is fantastic, with plenty of outdoor space for him to run and play. I highly recommend Unleashed Daycare to anyone looking for a safe and fun place for their pup!”

“Jocelyn is amazing - it is really impressive the level of care and patience she has for all of the animals. Our long haired elderly cat, Holly has been seeing Jocelyn for 3 years and we are so thankful for how she not only cleans her up and makes Holly feel so much better (removes knots and cleans out her ears and eyes) but does it in such a kind and caring manner. I truly do not know how she does it! A true cat whisperer. Our latest appointment was at 4pm on a Saturday after I am sure a very long week for her (and it was Valentines Day!) and Jocelyn’s energy and kindness were just like it was first thing in the morning on a beautiful summer day! Jocelyn is simply be best. Highly recommend!”

She greeted met with a smile, made sure I didn’t forget my treat rewards and thanked me when I donated to the pups in need. She was kind and empathetic about my poor doggy’s tummy troubles and was just all around enthusiastic and friendly. Made it a great visit and put a smile on my face! Excellent customer service!!!!”

“My beagle,Riley, received all his vaccinations. I was glad he was getting them. Riley was not feeling the same way. They do take time with pups that may be nervous and he did great. They were very friendly and after, one of the girls sat on the floor with Riley and made a new friend. I purchased a package which saved me $165 and I didn't need to pay $95 for an office visit, like I would've at my veterinarians office. Overall, very happy with my visit.”
