I heartily recommend Skillman Services. Andy’s approach is extremely straight-forward, which I appreciate. He has an excellent system of communication, sending a link to a quick breakdown of their findings on inspecting the car with color-coded categories from least to most urgent issues, and then follows up with a phone call to discuss findings and plan of action (he called as I did not stay at the shop). He sends out another report and follows up again with another phone call after the work is completed. I felt informed and therefore able to make educated decisions without ever feeling pushed or rushed to make specific choices. All work was done in a timely manner and ballpark estimates on time to completion were accurate. I will certainly return and anticipate becoming a regular customer.

I had a great experience as I've had before. they mounted and balanced 4 tires for me. they let me know when it was done and it was done the day the said it would be. the owner is very nice to work with . ill be back
