I went to this bank many times over the past 5-6 years for various reasons and they were always nice and reliable. I must have interacted with about 10 staff members by now and they were welcoming, helpful, and straightforward without exception whenever I needed something.Additionally, I hardly ever had to wait long before service which is also nice.Parking is behind the bank which is easily missed when driving down market street. Wheelchair access is to the right of the main entrance.

Probably the worst TD in the area. Lines are always slow, the atm is always never working, and or takes days to deposit checks. Same with the tellers. Avoid this one and go to the rowley branch. The rowley branch is fully staffed and functional.

I'm a startup creative agency owner and have been dealing with online banks for some time. There's pros and cons but for what I needed, I needed a physical location and being able to write checks. There's something magical about walking into a branch, and being able to talk to someone live vs talking to an automated chat. Alexa, head teller, introduced herself and guided me into her office. Phenomenal experience, it was A to Z. She explained and told me about every personal and business checking product TD offered, this was good social proof of what types of businesses use what, especially for startups like myself. The process is lengthy but with someone who is knowledgeable, personable, and professional, my decision making processes were streamlined. Generally, I like to keep the same brand when banking with personal and business, so TD is a good choice, also local which is a much needed requirement. Thanks so much for getting me in and out, also love the mobile app. Executives take note.

The tellers there are wonderful, helpful and professional. However, the mgr, Sheryl, did not impress me. I deposited a large amount of checks that were fairly high. TD put the checks on hold, which they legally can do and I have no problem with. I met with Sheryl yo see how long the hold woukd be. She pulled-up my account and told me she could see the checks were deposited, cleared and I had spent the money. No matter how I attempted to explain to her and basic math would have shown that I had not spent the money. I left frustrated and feeling belittled, called customer service and they were able to quickly see the money eas in fact just on hold, not spent and gave me a date of availability. The CS agent called her while I was on hold explained the situation to her and still claimed I had spent the money.

Totally the best bank...I can bring my dog in they have all kinds of freebies..and the tellers are all so much fun!! A bank is a bank but I enjoy talking with the staff at this one!
