I swear I hate this area this is the only place I go to that has a problem doing what other businesses do with no poblem. Any other town I go to Arlington I go to Cambridge, chelsea. I go somewhere else in Boston I have no problem I come to this check cashing place and there's always a freaking problem because the people around here are either doing scams or just trying to survive I don't know who I'm more mad at the system or the people! can't even cash $160 check because I signed it Are you kidding me aren't you supposed to sign a check. To make it worse I have cashed checks there before. I have picked up money. I'm just so frustrated between spoiled food at the stop and shop and being stereotyped.

My wallet was stolen and I needed to cash my check. There is no law that I can’t sign it over to someone else to cash, but their policy says I can’t. I called before going down there and was told to bring in any form of identification. I brought in medical records scanned in copies of my license, Social Security card, birth certificate, including a photo ID from an organization. It took me an hour and a half to gather up everything and get down there to walk around for 30 minutes to find the location just to be told sorry can’t help you. I said then why did you ask me to come down here with everything. I didn’t ask you to do anything. What is it with people who don’t understand English or context. When talking to a person who is working and you use the term you, it means the company not them personally. In the end, they could not cash a check that is a guaranteed check from the United States government. People live paycheck to paycheck and you need a company that understands that. I need this money in order to get another ID. They simply don’t care and they certainly don’t care about your time as they wasted mine. I strongly suggest finding another location to help facilitate your check-cashing experience rather than waste your time at this location or company.

12/26/2023 I went to cash my check, and it turns out that my Boston ID has not expired, I have the check in my name with the same signature as my ID, and a lady who is a cashier with honey-colored hair like about 50s told me that I had to sign it in front of her that she can't change it for me... I told her but there is no sign that says that... and she told me no, she can't change it for me... how come they can't change a person's check with everything in order?

This site has a problem cashing the checks and they don't give you an explanation, the most rubbish thing there is, nor any manners, the employees think they own the site, better go to the friendliest pls and you never have problems

Unbelievably inconsistent!!! When trying to receive your money through Western Union your allowed to answer a test question between the sender and receiver. But this location has its own set of rules. So I came in again a few weeks later with Mass driver's license and the miserable, woman behind the counter said my name on my license and the name my own brother wrote down did not match. Really? This woman does everything in her power to not help people....Why are you there if you don't want to help people? Ohh. She wants eat and listen to music while talking on the phone. Fire that woman she's useless!!!To the owner: Do not reply to this post and say, "William I'm sorry to hear about your experience at this location." Hire some worthy people who can at least smile and just do their job. It's not rocket science!

I just called @ 9:10pm website says they close at 10pm the woman answered the phone and I said I had a question she started yelling saying “well I set the alarm already so you need to call tomorrow” and I responded I just have a question and you answered the phone so where is the issue she said call tomorrow!!!First off the website says she shouldn’t be closed for another 50 mins and when I say she was so rude and rushing me customer service is everything and that was no good for business whatsoever. Tell me how someone set the alarm already and is still inside answering the phone? GET SOME BETTER EMPLOYEES whatever woman worked tonight 3/14 at 9:10pm get some customer service skills and learn how to talk to folks!
