I got my shirts and pants dry cleaned for the first time in the United States and it was worth it. Just trust the lady at the front desk and leave it up to them to do the work. I was anxious at first but their service speaks for itself.

Very Poor Cleaning Service. The blazer that supposed to be dry cleaned was still smelly and dirty. The shirt that has a stain right on its chest, impossible to miss, was not cleaned either. I understand that you might not be able to take the stain off but I would expect you would just tell me that. You would not pretend that is cleaned. I am certainly not going back there.

Though I was shocked when I saw how much the prices went up, this place is so convenient for me, that I won't travel farther out for a cheaper price. They are still one of the best cleaners in J.P.

Thank you sooo much to the folks at Classic. I was so stressed about two bridesmaids dresses that just didn't fit right and Classic tailored them to perfection. They fit like gloves, I'm so happy. On top of that they're just very kind and professional there. Thank you thank you!

We were very happy when Classic Cleaners changed hands. Before then, our clothes smelled of dry cleaning fluid, and we ended up switching to a different dry cleaner. We tried them again after the change, and our clothes no longer smelled. We became regular customers. They are always friendly and professional. I hope they survive the pandemic!

So tired of broken buttons and over priced service.Don't be fooled by the convenient location and bright spacious interior. Classic Cleaners eats shirt buttons for lunch and will have you pay to fix them!Bottom line is that you can't assume your garment serviced here is ready to wear, which is kind of the whole point, isn't it? So if you are going to do business here, be sure to allow for repair time and check your garments (especially buttons! front, cuff, collar, etc) before you leave. They do, to their credit, get the fabric clean, and I imagine it is an easier process when you don't give a care to obstacles like buttons. But as a customer paying a premium for their service, I think it is reasonable to expect that a garment serviced is ready to wear.I can say without exaggeration that, over time, well over half of my shirts have had buttons get broken or go missing here--especially painful for unique accent buttons. I have let it slide telling myself that it comes with the territory, but it has gone too far.My most recent and final experience there: I wore a seasonal shirt and brought it to classic cleaners for service, then returned it to my closet straight from picking it up. Being seasonal, it remained there for a while, still in the plastic bag, with tags and their "classic cleaner" paper cover still on it until I recently pulled it out to wear it. When I did, I found that all four(!) cuff buttons had broken off in one cleaning, two even had sad, tiny pieces still in stitched in place. I *needed* this shirt and made do by rolling the cuffs for the evening, but brought it back the following week.I asked if they'd be willing to remedy the situation for me. They first had me pay for waiting items before answering me saying that it had been serviced too long ago for them to do anything about it! They offered to fix it for $3 a button. That's $12 to fix a shirt that they mangled.Unbelievable.They are the only dry cleaner we had been using since moving to this part of town, but you better believe we will be going out of our way to take our business elsewhere.

Used to be a great place. Maybe new Mngmt? I went in for zipper repair. She told me I had to put $6 down payment. I said, "I've never heard of payment before work is done.". She was nasty. So I gave her my debit card, then she told me it was a ten dollar minimum for debit. I had no cash on me. Still, she was nasty. I finally paid for it. Never going back to this place!

This is a picture of the button they did not repair even though that was part of the service I paid for. This wouldn't be worth mentioning (it's not the first time their work has been incomplete), but they were particularly nasty about it and demanded that I pay for the work up front. I was already turned off, but now my family and I will definitely not be returning.

Only a few hours outside of buisness hours on Saturday morning when the seemstress is their to make alternations. Not great for working people with regular hours.
