I’ve taken my bike here three times and have had great experiences. They’ve never been condescending or misogynist, which I’ve encountered at many other bike shops. They also don’t try to upsell, and they readjusted my bike seat for free when it was put back too low after a repair. Highly recommend.

As soon as we moved to JP, my husband and I both bought bikes here. We were not experienced cyclists and therefore a bit out of our element. They guided us through the process, got us set up, and their service has been top-notch. The whole team is great and Pierre, the owner, is very hands-on. Highly recommend!
