My org had some greeting cards printed with Red Sun. When they came in I realized that there was a typo (our fault) and that the colors were way off of what was shown in the proof. They also skipped an important request in the finishing. Reached out twice to ask about reprinting and the missed request and they have basically ghosted me. No response. I had to go to a different printer to get the cards done.
