“I rent car a from the Hanover MA enterprise once a year. I reserve online and put more details in to save time at the counter. It’s always been super quick getting the car or returning the car and they offer after hours returns. Staff is always friendly and the cars are clean and are in good condition. They walked me through the process with the insurance company, got me a comparable rental and did a great job! They definitely went above and beyond with customer service and my car looks great!
