Allan is a great person to work with, and he is very knowledgeable about computer issues. I had a cracked screen and a broken top cover on my laptop. Allan quickly responded to my request for help, outlining a couple of approaches. He found a similar model to mine and gave me very reasonable prices for the options. Due to my slow response, the similar computer was no longer available when I checked it out, so I decided to buy a new laptop. However, if I ever have a computer problem in the future, Allan will be the first person I will call. Ken M.

My personal computer would not boot. I tried taking it someplace else but that did not work out. I I found Compucare via a Google search and contacted him to see if he would take a look at my machine. Best decision I ever made regarding this computer. Allan took my computer and tried his best to get it working again. The hard drive ended up needing to be replaced. Allan contacted me and we worked out the arrangement. After all is said and done, he saved all my data, installed a new solid state drive, and the computer runs 1000 times better than it had been. Allan kept in regular contact with progress and the price for the service he provided was incredible. I could not be more pleased with the outcome.

I have used Alan for repair of 3 of my computers, Alan is amazing, he knows his stuff. His prices are fair, his service is exceptional and his personality is wonderful. A great guy to do business who really wants to help his customers FIVE BIG STARS

After inviting trouble into my computer, I got in touch with my former HS classmate to see if he could recommend someone in my area that I could take my laptop to to get it cleaned up! Instead, Allan was able to help me himself remotely from his location....spending nearly two hours with me!!! I was completely in awe of his expertise....made this computer illiterate person feel so much better! Don't hesitate to give Allan a call if you have any kind of computer issue!!!

Sorry this review is so late but anyhow here it is Dropped off my laptop with Allan last April because it was responding slowly and generally was a drag to use.. Allan installed a SS hard drive as well as cleaned up all other functions and loaded a malware killing program.. The thing is a rocket ship ! My lap top operates faster and better than new I found Allan to be honest, professional, knowledgeable and reasonable I would not hesitate to use his service again or to fully recommend him to any Five Star Service

I cant even come up with something bad to say if i tried hes helped me out several times, always at a more than reasonable price. Very knowledgeable, answers all my calls and questions. If your looking for good service he comes highly recommended by me.
