It is impossible not to give the Associates and the management of the Kingston, MA store any grade but a “Ten.” The store is set up where you receive a greeting when you enter the door. If you have a need to see where an item you wish to purchase is in the store, they tell you where the item is then walk with you to the item and point it out to you. They then ask can we help in any other way and if a not, they repeat “: have a good day” and return to what they were doing. That type of customer service is an example of management encouraging the associates to always think of how we could make shopping in CVS enjoyable

The worst service by far of any drive through pharmacy. Always understaffed with ridiculous wait time to get your medication. Use another pharmacy whenever possible.

This CVS is understaffed and unable to meet the needs of its customers. The automated phone system is inaccurate most of the time and unfortunately you have to wait an extremely long time to speak to a person if they are able to answer the phone at all. I will be switching pharmacies immediately.

Pharmacy never has your prescription ready. It is always “25 minutes” away even if they have had it for hours.

This kills me to post, because I've been going there for nearly a decade and never felt the need to complain. But YES, this pharmacy is the worst. 7 people standing around and only one employee ringing people up. First off, Kevin and George are AMAZING. Another reviewer agees. Today I had problems at both pharmacy and front of store. I had a revisional bunion surgery, total non-weight-bearing for at least 2 more weeks and I had to run around three times to get my script. I also asked front store (who couldn't find my pickup order) if when they found it, they could bring it to my car for me. The cashier (who is new) just said, outright, NO. No apology, nothing. I stood there while they helped 3 other people. The manager Elaine said she'd straighten that out. So I had to go there TWICE today and risk my surgery healing for this nonsense.

I've never had a problem. A lot of the problems seem whiny at best. Kevin, George and the rest of the team are always helpful and considerate. You're angry because they take time for lunch? Really?

This review is for the pharmacy. Everyone is rude, unhelpful and they all act like your disrupting them when you have any questions. Not the way a pharmacy should be run.
