Brought a suit in on Tuesday, it was promised for 4:30 on Wednesday. I came in on Friday morning and was told that the suit would not be back until Monday. I had previously told them it was for a wedding on Saturday so I was pretty frustrated hearing that. Then I was told it was never sent to be cleaned, but they also couldn’t find it in Kingston. Then it was the at the marshfield location and it was ready. I drove to marshfield and picked up because I did not trust the business any longer to keep track of my things. Very disorganized and nonchalant, will not be using this business ever again.

This is my 2nd review for Lapels in Kingston as I've now used more of their services. Their dry cleaning service remains consistently good: prices are competitive, clothing comes back fresh and renewed, and always arrives on or before the date given for pickup. I've now used their tailoring and shoe repair services, and have been happy with these, as well. I also enjoy the monthly newsletter, learning about fabric care, and the latest promotions. I feel lucky to have such a reliable business that I use frequently so l close to home - highly recommended!
