Still a nice place for a lot of nice stuff. One of the few true department stores left. How it competes w/ on-line shopping is beyond me. But if you need something in a pinch, it's the place to go!

Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I bought a sweatshirt and naturally took the tag off. It was only tried on once and they refused to take it back. I’m a store manager myself and would never deny a customer a simple return.

We love that store. A little pricey but have found great deals there. Only one wish that they would carry more if size 11 women's shoe. I hate having to wait for on line orders. They never have my size.
If they sell our they should get a couple more larger sizes.

Just went to make a purchase at the Lancôme counter and look at clothes. There are 2 yes 2 employees in the whole floor I was on. The makeup lady and jewelry. I gave up waiting for the lady in the makeup department as she was busy tying pink bows on stuff for some lady and offering to do her makeup. There are like 10 different counters here and only this one lady. She ignored me like I was invisible. Not a hi I’ll be with you soon or even eye contact. It’s so sad seeing a store go downhill so badly. Looked at clothes but realized there was no one to cash me out so what’s the point. Maybe just close and put this location out if it’s misery. I will just order directly from Lancôme instead of online from macys. My last order I placed came in incorrect so wanted to purchase in person so I would get the correct item. I give up on this company.

Just came from Macys in KINGSTON. I had a Christmas return that became damaged and I was concerned an exchange would be a problem being it’s now February. I was so wrong. Karen the sales associate was more than helpful, friendly and very competent. Karen exchanged my item , reordered and it will arrive at my house within days! Even if I didn’t get what I came for Karen was a pleasure?. More in store shopping is needed so nice people like Karen can be there for people like me, a non- “on line” shopper.
