We ordered a 2021 Yukon Denali from another dealership in the middle of the covid / chip shortage. After receiving the Yukon everything was wonderful for the first 18 months and 14,000 mile. Until It just died in the middle of the road in at the beginning of February 2023 and unbeknownst to us if you can't start the vehicle you can't put the vehicle in neutral to push it out of the way and the tow truck operator needed to put the vehicle on skid pads to get it on the flat bed. This is a stupid design by GM. We had the vehicle towed to Marty's Buick GMC In Kingston MA because it is only 10 minutes from where it broke down. After speaking with Marty's service department multiple time and two visits to their location after 5 WEEKS of the vehicle sitting there and no clear answer as to when they would get it into their service department other than we hope this week. I contacted ALDEN Buick GMC In Fairhaven MA and had it towed there the middle of March. It was taken into their service department within a day as they said it would be. The service department called me and told me that they have diagnosed the problem and it was the fuel sending unit but they could't get the part for three weeks which was fine as long as we knew what the problem was and when it would be fixed. Because of the delay ALDEN offered us a courtesy vehicle witch we didn't take. At no point did Marty's ever offer a loaner or courtesy vehicle. Karen and the entire team at Alden Buck GMC was wonderful through the entire process and wish I would have just had it towed it there from the start. Marty's GMC service department sucked in every way possible except in the good way.

Bought at 2018 GMC Yukon certified used. Back hatch stopped working in three weeks, took them another three weeks to get me an appointment, dropped it off for the day had a rental car that I paid for out of my pocket, they never looked at it. Never called nothing just sat on their lot for the day. Super frustrating!! Took it to another GM dealer in the area and they found leaking oil lines... plus the struts on the hatch were junk, now waiting for the back ordered part. Two months of not being able to use the automatic hatch and no cares given by this dealership. My advice is if you buy a car here have it looked at my another mechanic because I don't think their shop has a clue what they are doing.

My mother took her car in for an oil change and it cost $1000.00. Her car only has $15,000 miles but after they inspected it she was told engine maintenance needed to be done. The work was done and it cost her $500. The next day her engine light came on. When she took the car back she was told there was a sensor issue in the motor but it had nothing to do with the work they did. The additional work cost $500. My mother is an elderly woman and she was definitely taken advantage of. She will not be bringing her car back nor would she recommend them. This review is for Carol O'Donnell

My check engine light was on so I immediately made an appointment here. I was told it was an easy fix, however afterwards my engine light kept going on and off. I reached out to make another appointment but they said they couldn't get me in for a few weeks. I decided to go to a different dealership and was told Marty's Buick put a clamp on incorrectly and didn't seal a cap. Although it was nothing major, I find it frustrating that Marty's didn't do a good job to begin with and didn't make it a priority to fix something they clearly missed.

Do NOT get your car serviced from Marty's. They could not fix a basic problem that they caused. Worse is that they are liars and do not do what they say they are going to do. I finally had to complain to the GM and he acted as if he was doing me a favor after 3 weeks of problems that they caused. The woman who is the owner is even worse. Very unethical. Do yourself a favor and go anyplace other than Marty's.

The absolute worst dealership and customer service hands down. Bought a truck from Marty's and within the lemon law 30 days I brought the truck in twice with concerns of transmission problems. They told me it was nothing. Come to find out 6 months later after dealing with this and taking to another dealership the transmission needed to be replaced.. they basically told me to kick rocks and tried to make me pay for repairs even though I knew there was something wrong. After months of fighting with them they finally covered the charge they should of fixed in the first place.. Not to mention my girlfriend bought a jeep from there and got a warranty that covers absolutely nothing they hang up the phone before you can even talk to them at this point. We had an appointment for her car a week in advance and the night before at 430 they called and said sorry we don't do Jeep's even though they sold us the car and the jeep and told us to go elsewhere.. would never buy a vehicle from this dealership again the complete opposite of professionalism, I would rather ride a bike then buy another vehicle from this dealership.

I am currently in the process of buying a brand new vehicle. While meeting with one of the representatives and after speaking with them on the phone they gave me a very unwelcome sort of feeling which I found very strange as I was showing much interest in buying a new vehicle. After going through this process I am now very displeased as there has been zero communication and I just found out my vehicle is available today because I had to call and ask again. As I am planning to go pick up this vehicle I am told now that they can only do it if I am there before noon time not giving me enough time to get there. Because of the lack of communication on their part I will now not receive my vehicle until Monday. Along with that the representative I'm speaking with tells me he's on vacation starting Tuesday and that I better make sure I show up Monday. I'll together their service was quite unfortunate in my opinion I am too in the service industry and know what it takes in order to satisfy a customer this was by far subpar and unprofessional to say the least. This process is not over yet, so there's still hope they'll make a bad experience better. Fingers crossed.

Please do yourself a favor don't purchase a used truck or van from the commercial department. I purchased a 2014 van. The salesman said that he goes through all of his used vehicles which is clearly a lie and he probably doesn't know what he is looking at anyway ( not a mechanic). I felt the corner of the floor wet and it prompted me to pull up plastic flooring and fire proof rug underneath which was completely soaked destroying the entire from cabin with severe rust. End of story I had to fix by removing rust and stripping floors. Had to do floors over with por15 which is quite a process and expensive I also told him that it sounded like the timing chain was going he said no that's how fords sound sure enough had to replace to timing chain as well as shocks Thousands later still have leak when I ask him to fix it he said he would have to keep it it's my only vehicle he didn't offer loaner and when I said I would leave bad review he shrugged his shoulders and said ok and walked away. I wouldn't purchase anything fromhim he cannot be trusted

I tried to schedule an appointment and their online system let me schedule for same day. 2.5 hours later (and 30 minutes before scheduled appointment) I received a call that they wouldn’t be able to take me. I then had the displeasure of speaking to Mike. He was condescending and rude. He told me that I wouldn’t be able to come in for about a week. I question why they have an online schedule if it is a week behind. Absolutely do not do business with this company.

Absolutely horrible service. Check engine light was on, brought it in. Was overcharged for a few minor fixes (windshield wiper fluid wasn’t coming out.. it was clogged) charged us like $200 to fix it. Alright.. Left check engine light STILL on. Told us it was now $400 in repairs. Whatever, just fix it. Charged us, drove off the lot LIGHT IS STILL ON. This is not an old truck ether, we just bought it in December! We were basically robbed by putting new parts in places that didn’t need to be fixed because no one seems to know what’s wrong! It’s not a big deal ether, if you don’t know what’s wrong.. just say it ??♀️ We also felt rushed because it was a weekend and they wanted to be out by noon ? Infuriated isn’t even the word. We will be back Monday, because what’s broken still needs to be fixed. But other then that we will never be back.
