Today I ordered a photo to be printed, just one photo that was 4x6. I got an email saying it's ready, I went in and they told me I'm suppose to receive a call not an email, so I wasn't upset, it happens. 5 hours pass WITHOUT A PHONE CALL and I asked if my photo was ready and they said yes then said it was my fault for not picking up the phone.... I never received a phone call, I checked my missed calls and said it was my fault for not checking in with the store. The worst of the worst work here, it's not hard to put on a fake customer service voice persona, COMING FROM someone who does it 40 hours a week. I also got screamed at by the guy upfront because they were busy... there was a total of 3 people in the store and the phone wasn't ringing and all I did was stand in line and wait. I wasn't complaining, nobody was. To the employees who run the front end, go f yourselves.

Pitiful service at the pharmacy. Wait times are dreadful. Failed to deliver on time--over two hours of additional waiting. How they stay in business is a mystery,

I can't express enough how GARBAGE this store is. The service is terrible. I literally can't believe the people they hire. If you plan on going here, make sure you have nothing planned for the day, it will take forever. Or just save your yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

What has happened to good customer skills??? After waiting in drive up on Friday the 15th of November, I was told they were working on my rx, I could go in and wait, I choose to go back on Saturday the 16th. Saturday, again, in drive up, I was told they hadn't received th rx. What? I called the doctors and was told it was faxed on th 13th, while on the phone with the doctor office, I go inside to verify the fax number, the rx is again faxed. I leave,and called 1 hour later, no fax! I now decide to go pick up the rx! I bring it to cvs, and am told it can't be filled, it's not due for refill until December 25th!!What! THANK GOD FOR KEVIN!!!! Again thank you Kevin, who saw my frustration and intervened, apparently someone keyed in the wrong amount of days the rx should cover (they said 67 and it should have been 23) The pharmacist who I had spoke to 3 times never apologized!! This rx was for my 14 year old yellow lab, who is my 3rd son, maybe if he was a person she would have? When the rx finally filled , she calls out Charlie then I hear " a dog" , who has had the rx filled there for the last 15months, Kasey needs to brush up on her customer service skills!!!

Friendly and helpful staff. Pharmacists are always open to addressing questions. Wait times are normal for a pharmacy of this scale.

First, they call you an obscene amount of times when your prescription is "ready for pickup". Then when you get there, the wait is absurd. Today, I was only behind two cars and the wait was 30 minutes. I would've left, but couldn't because I was stuck between other people, one of which fell asleep because of how long we were waiting. Then when I said something to the pharmacist she said "there was nothing [she] could do." Even though they harassed me for five days in a row, my prescription wasn't even ready. I HATE this pharmacy. Even though it's on the same street as my house, I go to the one all the way in Plymouth because of how horrible the Kingston one is. The only reason I had to go to this one today was because my doctor accidentally sent my prescription to the wrong location. NEVER use this pharmacy.
