“I found their ad on Facebook and jumped at the opportunity to save myself some money after the current storage facility I had raised their prices on the units and the insurance rate. I called and spoke with Adam, he was very helpful and willing to accomodate any needs I had, including offering to help me move from my current unit to this new one!! That alone made me a customer!. My new unit is 3 times bigger than the unit I had and the cost is $30.00 cheaper! The facility is very convienent and hours of operation and accessibility work great for my needs. “I previously rented 2 units over the summer of 2023. The facility itself was up to par, clean and accessible. I took advantage of an online offer for first month rent free. While I continued to have issues with their computer system for the deal I then reached out to the manager Josh who took great care of me resolving the issue immediately. Would highly recommend calling or going in person to deal with any issues as the customer service here was fantastic.”
