very unprofessional location, came here to get a screen protector replaced as it is free with the services i pay for. no one acknowledges me till i walk up to the counter and the sales manger, forget his name but decides to have an attitude with me when he wants to tell me my number isn’t authorized to do work. i have gone to other locations with no issues. staff needs to learn how to work through an issue in the store besides just telling me to call the tmobile help line.will never use this location again no wonder this place is empty. just went to the location on long pond road in plymouth and had a more welcoming experience. they will be receiving my business over this location.

That's store sucks the employees do what ever wants and don't help the customers, two times there and want spend a lot of money. That's store sucks.

I had a million problems with my activation for various reasons, and the staff at this location helped me through all of them, over multiple days (even though this wasn't a commission item). Steve especially went above and beyond. I would recommend anyone that needs anything phone related go here for it

my go to T-Mobile store. very helpful, less expensive than the other carriers. love the home internet service T-Mobile provides as well.

Terrible customer service, walked it to set up a line under a Magenta plan and they said they don’t offer it. As I walked away I heard the associate say ‘I’m not doing that’. Lost a potential customer.

I've been fighting Tmobile for months on the phone but every single promise has gone unfulfilled. I was in the area 2/6/23 (one week ago) and went to see if they could help. The associate on said she could see all of the promises made in my notes. She even commented that what the last rep notated and what I was asking for were drastically different and that the phone customer service reps are notorious for this behavior but that she didn't have the authority to resolve this. She promised her SM or ASM would call me back the next day. I know retail schedules can change drastically and how crazy running a store gets so I gave them a week to reach out. Big surprise, they never did. All in all Tmobile has repeatedly let me down. They brush you off, hang up the phone, lie, and have literally stolen from me, and now refuse to admit responsibility or try to make it right in any way. I have tried every single avenue: Customer service, "supervisors" "escalated service team" social media, chat, email, and now the store, and not a single soul will make this right.Welp, after 20 years of being a customer, now that I'm out $1200, have been treated like complete garbage, and still don't have a functioning phone(even though it's still under warranty) I'll go see if another company wants to actually provide the service I pay for.

Lizzie at this T-Mobile location was so extremely helpful. I would go back to this location just for her help, I can't recommend her enough. Very pleasant experience.

I had to deal with a Sprint/T-Mobile issue that the promotions area sent me into this store to rectify. Lizzie and David there were extremely helpful and patient while attempting to help resolve my issue that involved me being on the phone over an hour with different areas of the company. Should you need exceptional customer service don’t hesitate to venture into this store.
