Rude and aggressive cashier demanded I show her the “appropriate paperwork” to have my service dog in the store. It would be great to refresh employees training on respectfully and lawfully addressing customers with or without service dogs.

HORRIBLY rude older cashier woman who kept commenting on my body and the items I bought. She needs to be retrained or fired, because I was clearly uncomfortable and she kept telling me how big and ugly my jeans were. Ridiculous.

I am not sure what is going on with Target, but they never have what I need. There are huge empty spots on the shelves. The stores are a mess. Something has to change.

An alright Target. Can't check prices on things easily and a lot of stuff sometimes is just thrown on shelves or in boxes on pallets for days and not put away. Staff are okay but scarce and usually busy or doing nothing.

There are boxes everywhere, blocking the aisles; getting from department to department you need a GPS, it is such a maze; customer service employee wasn't trained in customer service and couldn't fulfill requests (she was filling in for people on break). It's the worst Target I've ever been to.

This store is an absolute mess. There has been trash down aisles that has been there for over a month. I've never seen it like this before. An employee told me they have plenty of employees but cut everyone's hour drastically as of the new year. They look like they are going under.

(nobody specifically is to blame in this situation but) i target picked up a new stainless steel trash can & i get it home only to realize it's been damaged in shipping, i go back and return it. i was able to return it easily. i walk to the isle to see the other selection. every single one of the white stainless steel 50$ trash cans were damaged, i ordered on the app from the warehouse. it came in 3 days and was completely perfect. it just sucks because i think this target location has a terrible selection & it was kind of a waste of my time, if i had known all the selection was damaged i would've just ordered online originally.
