Great customer service if you get the right person. There is one big dude with big hair who always has to make the Amazon returns uneasy..not enough tape..too much tape…box may not be right..etc…no one else there ever gives this much grief. Otherwise so glad the store is welcoming and gives great service.

The guys who own this place are incredible. Friendly and so hardworking. I always like seeing them when I have to ship or drop off a package!
