“Hello. Long time customer of different locations, first time using the app and the cape rd . Location in Taunton. The facility was spotless and very organized. I can not say enough positive things about the uhaul employee who was working behind the counter when I walked in . He was unbelievably professional in his appearance and his actions. He treated me with the utmost respect and professionalism. He was also incredibly, friendly, polite and all and all was actually a pleasure meeting him . My only regret was that I didn't catch his name. Whoever was the employee working behind the counter yesterday between 11am to 3pm (the times I was there for pickup and drop off) was incredible. I truly can't say enough positive things about my entire experience from start to finish dealing with that particular employee and the 35 Cape rd location in Taunton. Thankyou for making my entire experience a fantastic one. I will undoubtedly recommend this particular location to anyone who needs any moving, storage, equipment etc needs . To bad i can't give more than 5 stars.”

“These guys were godsends! We got a tow hitch installed at the Taunton location and got our trailer attached. On the way home it scraped and dragged the entire way. The trailer hitch was an inch from the ground. We didn't want to go back there so we called Lakeville and they told us to come right over. They took one look at it and said Taunton should have never let us leave like that. They were able to install the proper parts, which lifted the trailer hitch up - no more dragging and scraping. They were extremely nice and friendly. If using UHAUL, I would definitely recommend the Lakeville location - stay away from Taunton - they install the wrong equipment!”
