“This company is a joy to work with. When you get in an accident, the last thing you want to deal with is lazy repairs and difficulty in dealing with insurance and transparency problems. They fixed my car in a timely, thorough, and complete manner and kept me fully up-to-date at every stage. I had daily updates with hidden damage findings and a fully itemized receipt of all work performed. My car was returned to me looking better than it did off the lot. They also organized my rental car and did everything on premise. 11/10.”

“I just had my windshield by Pedro at Solid Auto Glass. He provides excellent service and he is the utmost professional. I arrived early and he was working on another vehicle. When my appointment time came he immediately stopped what he was doing and started working on my car. He finished within the time that he estimated and charged me less than all other quotes that I received. I had some questions and he spent time with me after the installation answering my questions with detail. I highly recommend him and will go back to him for any other windshield issues.”

“We had a windshield replaced through insurance. Appointment was set online, for the date 2 days later. Technician was done under 2 hours with the full replacement and ADAS calibration in our driveway. Everything seems to be working fine and looks great, will see how it goes with the time. So far, no complaints whatsoever.”
“I really only dealt with one glass replacement company in my local area because honestly, that's all I knew existed. It wasn't until they wanted to charge me $120 for a repair stating that my insurance "wasn't comprehensive". So I decided to call my insurance broker who assured me that any and all glass repair/replacement was fully covered and to never use that company again (::cough cough:: Safelite ::cough cough::). They recommended Glass America, put a claim through and Glass America called and scheduled a full windshield replacement 3 days later at no charge. The technician was amazing. He arrived exactly when he said he would, made sure I was happy with the work and was incredibly kind and professional throughout.
