When my appointment time came he immediately stopped what he was doing and started working on my car. He finished within the time that he estimated and charged me less than all other quotes that I received. I had some questions and he spent time with me after the installation answering my questions with detail. I highly recommend him and will go back to him for any other windshield issues.”

“As a USAA member we are always referred to Safelite AutoGlass. This AM had a 9AM appointment to repair damage from a rock thrown from road that hit windshield. Fortunately damage not larger than a quarter. Was hoping the windshield could be repaired vs replaced. Initial inspection said yes, and within an hour the windshield was repaired so well hardly any noticeable blemish. Can't say enough about Marlboro, MA service manger and technician who worked on my Kia Sorento. They did an outstanding job.”

I really like that you have the option to either pay all at once, or you can break it up into even payments. I think my favorite part was the fact that they can come to you. “I really only dealt with one glass replacement company in my local area because honestly, that's all I knew existed. It wasn't until they wanted to charge me $120 for a repair stating that my insurance "wasn't comprehensive". So I decided to call my insurance broker who assured me that any and all glass repair/replacement was fully covered and to never use that company again (::cough cough:: Safelite ::cough cough::). They recommended Glass America, put a claim through and Glass America called and scheduled a full windshield replacement 3 days later at no charge. The technician was amazing. He arrived exactly when he said he would, made sure I was happy with the work and was incredibly kind and professional throughout.
