Customer Service Feedback – Cumberland Farms
On this particular visit, the service was noticeably better. I was getting tea and couldn’t locate the honey. I asked an employee for help, and she promptly told me exactly where to find it. It was right where she said it would be. I appreciated her helpfulness and clear communication

I was recently at this Cumberland Farms around 6:45 p.m. when I witnessed very disappointing customer service. A woman politely asked if a new pot of Colombian Supremo coffee could be made because none was available when she tried to pour a cup. The female employee told her, “No, we’re done with that for the day.”
This location is open 24 hours, and Colombian Supremo is a regular offering—not a special or limited-time flavor. Refusing to make a fresh pot at that hour, especially when a customer specifically requests it, shows a complete lack of effort and regard for service standards.
Coffee should be fresh and available, especially at a store that advertises it as part of their daily selection. The employee’s attitude came across as lazy and dismissive. Frankly, it was unacceptable.
Cumberland Farms should hold their staff to higher standards. If you're open 24/7, you should be ready to serve customers properly at any hour.

Bought an Ice Coffee, I don't put a lot of ice in it. When I got to the register the clerk said oh that's hot Coffee. I said no it's not ,it's ice and explained to her. She argued with me for 5 minutes that it wasn't. I talked to what I'm guessing the manager, but I had the impression it fell on deaf ears. Never going back again.

This place is a dump! The bathrooms are by far the most disgusting bathrooms i have seen of ANY gas station i have ever been. They are ALWAYS filthy. The cooked food they sell there is always old and past the shelf time. And the staff is no where near the best.

Saw the employee put out pizza slices, grabbed one thinking they’re fresh. It was soggy and reheated. I wouldn’t have bought it if I had known. That’s shady and unethical.

**NO WAY ON GODS GREEN EARTH SHOULD THE GM BE A GM FOR CUMBERLAND FARMS OR ANY BUSINESS FOR THAT MATTER**I went here to get something for my kid last minute and the place was closed early. It said open till 11 and the door was locked before that. I am so pissed. This cubbies is going down the tube ever since the new manager took over... hiring a bunch of idiots, store is a mess, coolers are nasty.. go ahead, next time you open a cooler look at the racks, look at the floor.. this isn't Fitchburg or leominster rat hole, it's lancaster a nice small quiet town. The more people look closer and see how dirty this store is, the more will stop shopping here until something changes. I've personally have gotten sick from eating the food here which is why I don't eat breakfast or lunch here. Closing early was a bad move.. I'll be going somewhere else next time.

it is a nice little store but they have horrible employees. one of their worst employees is the manager barbara. she is a nasty old lady who treats customers and employees horribly. she has yelled at me to leave on multiple occasions. i have done nothing wrong other then have simple friendly interactions with an employee and i am in their frequently to buy food. she is constantly snickering about me and my friends and she is just overall rude. most of the other people there can also be rude and nasty
