  He was OUR MECHANIC for 3 yrs We purchased 2 cars from him and in the end he screwed US (ALLEGEDLY) He takes no responsibility for his actions at all I would not recommend him to anyone He cost us $3000. that we didn't have That's the bottom line You've been warned Just read his reviews 2 of them were family

  My 20 year old S80 runs like a champ thanks to the service at this shop. Norm works on my car like I would work on my car, if I could. Strictly Volvo parts and done right. To say Norm's honest is an understatement. Highly recommend.

  It has been a while since I owned a Volvo but I recall this shop being a great experience. Thinking about getting a used Volvo for my teenage son because I feel confident that I can get good service near by.
